      I sold a subwoofer and sound bar on Facebook marketplace, and they kept my money. A customer purchased the sound bar on February 19. It was shipped out the 22nd and arrived at the customer on 28 February 2023 . a When I hadn't received my money, Facebook told me to check the payment details. My payment details were wrong so I updated them. They said they would send out a manual payment May 31, 2023, May 31 came and I still had not received my money. I messaged Facebook again and they told me they would no longer help me. I filed a May 31, 2023, May 31 came and I still had not received my money. I messaged Facebook again and they told me they would no longer help me. I filed a complaint with the **** attorney general and not heard anything back After the customer that purchased the item that I sold she received the item then all of a sudden they told me they couldn't help me Anymore they kept $85of my money. That is theft.

      This is a fake page impersonating me, using my name and photo without permission. I have reported this to facebook at least 30x - and they have done nothing. I want this page removed.******************************************************

      My company, ********************************* has a business profile and Meta business account which we run ********************** ads through. We have several admins on our account and about a month ago one of their personal Facebook profiles was hacked. This admin has not been able to regain access to their Facebook account despite following all the instructions provided by Facebook. Because his personal profile was hacked the hackers were able to login to our Meta business account and steal our credit card information and charge almost $9,000 in advertising charges on another ad account not associated with our business. Additionally the hackers were able to remove me **************** Officer of *********************************) as a full admin on our business account so I can't make the necessary changes to add a new credit card and remove the hackers as admins from our account. I was told by Meta after opening a ticket on December 1st (Case #: ***************) that the employee whose Facebook account was hacked is the only person who can login and remove the hackers and give me full access back. However, his account has been deactivated. They then asked me to provide a bunch of information proving that I am the person who should have full control of our account. I submitted all requested information and paperwork on Dec 4th and haven't heard anything back despite reaching out a couple of times since then.To summarize, my company cannot run any ads, nobody at my company has full control of our business account, and there are hackers still associated with our business account. ******************** has done nothing about it.Just a note that our credit card company has taken care of the unapproved charges so I'm not seeking financial reimbursement. I would just like Facebook to restore my role so I can regain access to our account. Also, it seems as though their security is very lacking when someone was so easily able to steal our credit card info and kick all the full admins off of our account.Thank you.

      My FB personal and Business Manager accounts were disabled due to a linked Instagram account that is not mine. While attempting to login, I received texts from FB with a password recovery code and then when I logged in I got the "account disabled message due to linked Instagram account violating guidelines." The message told me to contact Instagram for a review. My actual linked Instagram account is not disabled and has no restrictions or notices. I tried submitting a request for review on FB and attached my IDs, but it tells me that it can't be submitted and to login to my account for more information and how to request a review. I have searched the *********** on Facebook and Instagram with no success of finding help.

      Hello Mr. *********** someone hacked my Facebook account. Just checking to find out if *****************-900-9275 or ************ are Facebook tech support numbers. I spoke with someone (****) at the 2nd number. During call, he asked me to download GoTo Resolve. I did; he was able to remote into my IPhone device & see everything on my phone. He told me that my Facebook account was hacked on Sunday from ****. He mentioned that my account was accessed from ************* yesterday. He wanted to inquire about my iPhone payment methods. That was a red flag be all I wanted was access to my account in order to delete it from further compromise. He was not able to help me be each time I tried to login with my email or phone # info, Facebook persisted that I enter my password which I forgot. Facebook will not send me a code to reset. The hackers have changed my login credentials & are sending out friend requests. Due to an 11:40 am appointment, I needed to end the Facebook tech's call. However, I requested that my Facebook account be suspended indefinitelv. The tech assured me the account would be suspended. When my friend checked a moment ago, my hacked account was still active. This is frustrating.Furthermore, the 855 prefix number is listed through ****** search as the Facebook support number. When does tech support ever call you back? Evidently Facebook tech support from the above numbers have been calling my number back to back.

      Hello, My Facebook account was recently hacked, and I am unable to regain access to my account through ********************'s account recovery tools. Here is the Facebook link that I have been using: *********************************************. I keep receiving texts and calls from family and friends letting me know that the hacker is posting scams to my profile (in my name), soliciting money. I'm concerned that someone in my network may fall for the scam. I am also concerned that the hacker now has access to a lot of my personal data.       I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Facebook and ************************ for their ongoing fraudulent copyright claims and harassment.As a member of the ********************************** I have posted videos of our performances of public domain works such as ************, Enigma Variations, Peer Gynt, & a performance of Un Ballo in Maschera by the Amore Opera Company. Despite these works being in the public domain, both Facebook and ************************ have repeatedly claimed copyright ownership over these videos.Since May 3, 2023, I have received multiple threatening communications from these companies. For just one video, I have received seven different communications on the following dates: May 7, Aug. 2, Dec. 12 (twice), Dec. 15, Dec. 18, and Dec. 19, 2023. Each time, I have been forced to file appeals against these baseless claims.Furthermore, in the latest appeal rejection from ************************, I was required to provide my personal information, including my name, phone number, and email address. This is a gross invasion of my privacy and completely unacceptable.These companies have also targeted other videos for which they do not own the copyright. On Dec. 10, 2023, they claimed a performance of the Enigma Variations by ***********************. On Nov. 7, 2022, and Dec. 10, 2023, they targeted a video of a recording we did of Peer Gynt. They also claimed a performance of Un Ballo in Maschera with the Amore Opera Company on Mar. 26, Aug. 12, and Aug. 13, 2023.I have now been subjected to their fraudulent claims on at least thirteen different occasions. Both Facebook and ************************ have refused to respond to any communications except through automated responses & provide no way to reach them except through their forms.This issue is not isolated to me. An article on violinist.com titled Classical Musicians Victimized by ********* Copyright Claims discusses similar experiences of other classical musicians.

      My Facebook account was hacked. When I recovered it via the appeal process, it was a different (brand new) account. The account I have had for 18 years is gone. It is very important that I get this account back. I cannot see any evidence of its existence on Facebook. When I try to recover my account, it takes me to the different new account that isn't mine. I have reached out to Facebook via every channel and sent multiple letters to their dispute center. I have received no response. My real profile picture is me (I am a doctor) with a small child who is bald from cancer. I sent them screenshots of that profile picture as well as my driver's license and have also attached them here for you. There is no way to speak to an actual person at Facebook, and so I am completely unheard.

      Well, about four months ago, Facebook banned me from marketplace. I had some wheels for sale, and someone had messaged me, asking me if I would take a gun on trade, in which I declined, but they banned me anyway, even though I followed the guidelines and declined. I since have sent them no less than 30 messages, and they have not responded to a single one. Unfortunately this is hurting my business as marketplace is the only online platform where people buy and sell things where I live and theres no other options as I am a **** estate investor and the band also includes all by and sell Facebook pages. So I cannot find jobs as my (contractor) company nor can I buy and sell real estate that is off market. They absolutely refused to respond to me rectify the situation and two of my businesses are now not operational at this point and I have also spent I dont know how much money on advertising for various businesses to Facebook, so I am, in fact, I paying (Customer) and they refuse to offer any sort of customer service whatsoever. When I say they dont respond I mean they dont respond to anything. I have read through all of their community guidelines, and they are not following their own guidelines themselves. I have reason to believe that their actions are discriminatory against me.
