      On Monday, December 18, 2023, I received a notification from ********* that my email account, ************************ had been accessed from somewhere in *******. This is the same email associated with my facebook account. I responded by resetting the password on my ********* email account. Then on the morning of Tuesday, December 19, 2023, I used my phone to check facebook and received a message stating that an instagram account linked to my ********************** account was in violation of Meta's terms of service, and because of this my facebook account was suspended.I had never seen the referenced Instagram account before. Clicking on the link to log into that instagram account switched my browser language to **********. I then went to log into the only instagram account I had ever set up and found that two new instagram accounts were linked to my facebook account, both of theme seemingly originating in *******. Enlisting the help of my son, the two accounts with which I have no affiliation, and that I did not link to my facebook account, were unlinked from my facebook account. Unfortunately, my account remained suspended.I have tried numerous times to reach out to Meta and Facebook to get my account restored with no luck. I have also filed complaints with the ************************ and the ******** Attorney General.I have also reached out by using the report a problem link from my work's facebook account. As of today my Facebook account status is listed as disabled.I've had my personal facebook account for 15 years. I established it when I met my wife. At the time I only had a ******* account, and she used **********************. I believe that she is more upset about the suspension/disabled status than I am because she relies on all of my memories that she is tagged in to look back on as she continues to battle MS. ***** who did the hacking are at fault and should be punished. Unfortunately it is my family that is bearing the brunt of the punishment.

      2 days ago, at 1:30 am my personal Facebook account and my husband's business Facebook account were simultaneously hacked. My account was disabled completely. I received an email indicating my email had been changed by the hacker - I have tried clicking the button to report this in the email and it goes nowhere. I am unable to submit an appeal for my personal account that link is also broken or specifically designed so they don't have to deal with the fact that this company obviously does not have control of their cyber security. My husband's business account was taken over and made into a new business page. Our card was charged twice for advertising fees $27 each. I've tried to find a place to report this and can't find anything on their non existent "help" pages that take you in circles. If it wasn't for 15 years of memories and pictures I would be done today with this crooked company, but I'd like them held accountable for charges at the very least. Thankful my bank is wonderful but the company itself should be doing more!

      I have sent tons of emails to Facebook security and also my FB friends have reported my Facebook page has imposters have taken over my page which I am blocked from doing anything about it, The imposters are scamming my friends by selling false items on my page to get money from them. People are calling and contacting me daily about these false ads on my page.       On 12/27/23, I responded to what I thought was a ********* factory ad. When my credit card did not go through I put in a new credit card I thought the ads on Facebook were secure. I have poor health and the stress this cost me with the fraud that then occurred from a fraudulent advertiser affects my health. Facebook does not vet it advertisers and I didnt know that a company that makes as much money as it does has put me at risk.

      My Facebook was hacked in May..Facebook has not helped me and someone is still using my account and identity on my **********************..I now use the page ************************** ****** in the meantime. the person contacted me and told me to pay him to get my account back that he bought it on a buy/sell profile community and threatened to delete my photos posts and memories (since 2008) and this was all I had left of losing my family..Im devastated that I still cannot get my account back since May no one has helped me..he is using my page for god knows what ..he stole my identity and personal information on that page.. please see photos of my police report and the messages he sent me from MY page

      Sometime after 5 pm MST, 11/27/23 (when last saw ****************************************************) a hacker gained access to my ********* advertising account. On 11/28/23, 1:57 pm, receive call from US Banks (USB) *********** re: excessive credit-card (CC) charges from Facebook (FB). My account (*********************************************************************) is on-screen but, when I try to access my Page, its no longer listed. Via my Web site (www.*******.net), I view my Page & find my Cover Photo, Profile Picture & name are changed, but all posts remain, as does my contact info, etc. Try to regain access. While doing that, my changes are being reversed as I make them. Report that my Page was hacked & include a screenshot/my Page, URL, etc. REPORT1. Locked out/ALL accounts, not just the one. Choose Driver License (DL) option to verify my identity. Contact USB to close my account. USB recommends filing police report: I do (Case#WJ23-61886). Report whats happened 2x more to FB. Working w/ USB, the 3 reports to ********** DL ************************ takes 7.5 hours.11/29/23, 4th DL submit accepted, but my Page is STILL not returned. Get an IM: my business acct frozen for nonpayment. Report my acct hacked REPORT4 & receive FB Case#***************. Chat w/ *****, learn previous 3 reports were UNRECORDED.11/30/23, see Meta Support IM @ 1:22 am, asking if my issue was resolved. Submit my 5TH REPORT via IM. As per police instruction to gather evidence via my advert account, learn hacker placed ads for a TOY (my Page created for my books). Ad created used the name/most recent ad w/ a budget/$13,333/DAY (see Ad History). To have reported it 5x in 3 days & get NOTHING looks like FB employee(s) is involved. Reverse-lookup on graphic that replaced my Photo shows list/hacked FB Pages. The inside job just looks more likely. Take screenshots/the first 3 for evidence.12/1/23. Hacker STILL has my Page. Have more documentation. Will submit again.

      My account was hacked with all of facebooks recommended two-factor settings enabled. The way in which it was hacked has left me unable to recover the account in any way that Facebook recommends. Ive reached out multiple times through facebooks options and not received a single response. My account and associated pages are more than a decades worth of work with contacts and connections in building my business and brand as a musician. Many people in this space rely on Facebook and not having access to my personal page or musician page have set me back. I need assistance in getting access to my profile and pages.

      This is involving my personal Facebook account. Someone hacked into it and changed my password. I received an email from Facebook asking if this was me, I replied no. I tried resetting my password via their security procedures. After resetting it, they suspended my account saying I had an instagram account that violated ******************** policies and that I need to appeal it. I cant appeal it when the instagram account isnt mine (its the hacker). Im completely locked out of my memories, pictures, etc. Facebook security doesnt answer any of my emails and they dont have a phone number to call anyone. Very frustrating as theyve basically written me off.
