      Meta consistently censors pro-palestinian content and removes accounts of people who report human rights violations. It censors activists who want to to share stories about the *****+ people that ****** has murdered. Because ****** has a partnership with Meta.

      My Facebook account was hacked this morning 12/27/23 at 2:20am. The recover email sent to me from Facebook did not work correctly and I am unable to recover my account. The self help links provided by Facebook will only help if you have the email address and password(which I do not have because the hacker changed) and Facebook does not offer customer service. I am requesting assistance in recovering my account

      Facebook account was hacked. I currently have it locked. I have been able to prove my identity, but that simply unlocks my account. I am unable to change my password successfully, so I am leaving it locked. I can access the automated chat support feature, but cannot connect with a live agent. I am sure you have heard this story many times. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

      Our business account, *******************, was hacked on 11/26/23. Facebook Meta helped us secure our account and reviewed the issue, confirming that we'd been hacked and stating that any fraudulent charges had been refunded or removed from our account. The hackers ran many fraudulent charges on 11/26/23 and also changed the name of our business page to Car Sun Visor Anti-Glare. We have tried submitting many help tickets on the name change issue, and also that our bill states that we owe them $81.28 and that amount will be charged to us Jan 3rd. I can't get in touch with anyone to solve our problem or give us a detailed bill stating why this amount should be charged to us. I have tried resolving our issue for weeks with no fix in sight. Please do anything you can to get their attention and require them to be accountable for the fees they are taking from us.

      I've been a loyal user of ******************** for a long time and have been building a group with months of diligent work. However, Facebook seems to constantly penalize me for something or another. Was blocked from accessing my account for a good week at one point. Now, Facebook has blocked pictures from my account while allowing them for others. Meanwhile, this penalizes the entire group and puts me at risk of being shutdown/banned.Both penalized posts have been posted by countless other accounts with no punishments. Yet, I am still punished until the end of January on one and the end of probably April on the other. Of course, the appeals board did nothing to resolve the problem because we're not *** or FOX. It isn't fair to pick and choose who gets punished back on an algorithm/AI that barely functions. Allowing the video and not just a picture that is heavily pixelated is embarrassing on Facebook's part. Not to mention, we're building Facebook and encouraging members to use the platform.

      My Instagram has been hacked for several months (since June of 2023). Meta has no customer support, no phone number, no email that can resolve the issue. All they have is a general "help center" that just tells you to report your account as hacked. After that, they do not reach out to you to resolve the issue. There is nothing I can do besides report my account as hacked. It has been a very long time with absolutely no resolution from Meta. The hacker changed the email and put two factor authentication on the Instagram overnight. They will post pictures of myself to gain my friends' and family's trust, and then request money or Bitcoin from them. It is so scary. I feel like I have tried every single method to get Instagram to help, and they refuse. I am looking for help to contact them, so that they can at the very least permanently delete the account so the hacker does not scam any more people.

      I have a huge issue. My Facebook account has been hacked and I have two identification security on my Facebook account. I was not notified by phone or email that anyone tried to log into my account so now I cannot access into my Facebook account is disabled. Also, whoever hacked my account has tried to purchase things on my Facebook account and also my business Facebook is connected to my personal Facebook account. I am highly upset because I have talked to a man name *************************, (Meta employee) Facebook and he was no help at all. I didnt get a call within 2 to 3 hours with a new password or anything to access into my account. He was asking me personal information that I do not feel comfortable, giving after the fact I was hacked, I requested for upper management and he would not assist any further. He ended the call I would like to get back into my account and I would like my money back from the company apparently the company to $25 for me to verify that my cash app is not hacked . If I can have some assistance that would be great. If not I will continue to bash Facebook until this is resolved.

      My Facebook account was hacked this past Sunday. The hacker changed my email address and password. I have been trying to report this since Sunday however when I submit documents to facebook they continually deny my request because the item is blurry. I tried to submit from a different computer but that is impossible. I cannot get to the place where I can submit documents to identity myself.My account is in the name of *************************, I just want to get back into my account.

      Our company was put un risk due to a hacking that occurred on Facebook (Meta) on March 24 2023 and since that day we still havent fully solved all the issues the hackers did to our business accounts and business page profiles. What the hackers did was that they used already created campaigns of our business manager to add their advertisements and increase the total budget to run as much and as fast as possible the funds. This first time, besides removing us from all of our business managers and leaving us without any sort of control over our client's companies, they spend around 60K USD in 2 days. Where ** response told us that they acknowledged the hacking and that they would secure the business manager and profiles, thing that didnt happen because we still had charges on the credit cards after that. We have full proof of all of these actions. After 2 months they gave us control again of all the assets in the business manager and told us that all the hacker activities were restored and the the spent budgets returned. We thought everything was settled and this December 9th a condition that the hackers created in March was fired and one of the hacked campaigns started spending money until we noticed. At this moment they robbed us another 2.5K USD. We sent a new message to the ** team and the boy has been answering and doesnt understand that this is a complex hack that was made months ago and that the ** team wasnt able to detect as they promised they did. We want for them to reimburse this money and assure us that no further conditions will be allowed. Its easy to track who made the automatic conditions the ads they promote and the page that are using none of this is ours and was part of the previous hacking.Please let us know what to do next. Thanks for your help.

      I ordered an item on Facebook marketplace. Unfortunately, the item was a scam. A tracking number was provided but when checking with *** it was found that it was an item shipped to a company I have no affiliation with. I attempted to open a claim with Facebook/Meta. They stated that they provide the merchant 2 days to respond. The claim was opened November 7th. Today is December 26th and there has been no response. Attached are screenshots. They told me to speak to the merchant. The merchant doesnt accept messages. The merchant also created a listing later stating they were hacked and to not buy any of their listings as its a scam. I provided this documentation, screenshots of Facebook not allowing me to send messages, the communication received from *** and yet no decision has been made. 2 days decision has turned into a month and a half. Im highly disappointed and have resulted in filing a complaint with the BBB.
