Subject: URGENT: Disabled Ad Account ID ***************** - Needs to be Detached from Compromised 2020 Business Account Dear Meta Support Team,I am writing to request urgent assistance with a disabled ad account that needs to be detached from a compromised business account.Problem Summary:In August 2020, my business Facebook account, Altru Apparel, was hacked. The hacker gained unauthorized access and changed the login email, which has prevented me from using the standard recovery process. My Instagram account [@littlemermadishowroom] was disabled without cause on 06/26/2025. I did not violate ******************** Guidelines or Terms of Use, and I was using standard security measures. Since the incident, I have been unable to reach any real person at ****. The *********** keeps directing me through automated loops, and the appeal/report forms are misleading or brokenpreventing me from submitting an appeal at all. Because of this system error, I cannot restore access or even open a proper case.I urgently request a human review of my account status and the circumstances of the disablement. I have not been able to log into my facebook account for several days. Each time I try it asks me to log in and when I submit the information, it will not accept it and states that a code has been sent to my email, but no code is ever sent. I then ran across some information that stated I have been blocked for some inexplicable reason. Purchased the Oculus Quest II on or around October 2022. Since then I have purchased numerous games for the device. The device at purchase required a Facebook login in order to work. My kids the time didnt have cell phones so I used my FB account. My son now (15) created an IG account in order to hide his texts from us since we do random phone checks. He then linked his IG to the Oculus quest. He then apparently violated terms of agreement with **** and in turn got all of my Meta platform accounts suspended, FB, IG, Messenger, and Quest. He took my 1 and only appeal because Meta thinks hes me. I was never notified by **** that his account linked to the Oculus. I now have about 500 dollars wasted since I can no longer access the account on Oculus quest. I have tried to appeal with no luck. There is no way to resolve this issue. There is no person to contact. I am irate that our Oculus is useless and all games GONE!!!!! I want compensation for the money spent and feel Meta Platforms should do better notifying people when others try to link into their accounts. I was essentially hacked by my 15yr old. Meta Platforms should have never required a Facebook login to begin with. I dont personally play the Oculus. I dont have multiple accounts or fake accounts. There needs to be better options for help when a person no longer has access to their account. All Buyers Beware!!! Do NOT PURCHASE THE OCULUS QUEST!!! The company can revoke access at their discretion and with ZERO options available to you for you to resolve it. I will be notifying my senators as well. My account was hacked, and Instagram deleted my account. They were hacked on 2 different occasions, which is very unfair. I have filed police reports on the person who hacked my account. My business has suffered tremendously from the First deletion. I am just now rebuilding this violates my rights. On August 3, 2025, Instagram (owned by ********************) permanently disabled my account @itsgoddesslana_x, citing vague account integrity violations.This account is part of my business as a professional model specializing in foot and lifestyle content and serves as a major marketing platform for my work. I do not post adult content, and my content is fully compliant with ******************** Guidelines and Terms of Service.This is the sixth time my account has been disabled, and the prior five times I appealed and was reinstated after **** acknowledged the decision was made in error. The most recent reinstatement was on July 28, 2025, when **** confirmed my content did not violate any policies. Less than a week later, the account was disabled again. I submitted the one appeal they allowed for this disablement, but they upheld the decision and then removed my ability to appeal further.Metas actions violate their own published policies, including:- *************** Guidelines promise of fair and consistent enforcement.- Their stated commitment to minimizing false positives.- The right to appeal enforcement decisions, which was denied to me after a single review.- Their Business Terms pledge not to unreasonably deny or restrict access to business tools and services.I believe this repeated wrongful disabling is due to a system error or targeted false reporting. It has caused significant harm to my business, income, and professional reputation, resulting in approximately $12,000 per month in lost revenue since the wrongful disablement.I have full documentation of prior reinstatements and Metas written confirmation that no violations occurred.Initial Complaint

Unresolved Facebook Account Appeal Request for Immediate Review On August 7, 2025, my personal Facebook account (****** ***) was disabled immediately after I posted a link to my own Facebook business page asking verified customers to leave a review. This was legitimate content intended for my customers, not spam or a violation of policy.I submitted an appeal the same day through Facebooks official process.
