      We are a small non profit land conservation organization in ************. A former and now disgruntled employee managed our social media and used her personal credentials to do so. She will not assist us in moving access to Facebook over to current staff. As a result, we are able to post on ***********************'s main Facebook page by using **** (through individually invited users) however we do not have access to the main log in credentials associated with ***********************'s PAGE on Facebook. This prohibits us from full control of Facebook functionality: creation of calendar events, edits to the pages design, photograph albums, etc. Facebook is a critical component of our marketing outreach and it is a great help in promoting our environmental education events, but we are unable to gain full access to do this. I tried to figure out how to contact Facebook or Meta through various online searches, but I cannot figure out how to get an actual answer to this real life question. I need a person to work with.

      ******** ******* he is responsible for the destruction of Meta and Facebook platform. He was an accountant for **** ****** ***** in ************* but has undergone brain paralysis or some other kind of psychology disadvantage by setting up computer systems and malware that depicts and analyzes other people bodily fluids and motions for money. He is suppose to be paying employees for their work outside of Facebook/ **** for their artistic and software revelations but has only stolen ideas by following the spreadsheet being presented to him. He is actually following these people physically and mentally using advanced technology to read minds and propose new solutions and ***** artificial based intelligence to the owners and legal departments. He has set an price to buy part of the business from **** ********** but it doesn't really come with ownership, it only supplies different Internet companies aith an tally or measurement for usage and demand for sales. All of their business tactics were corrupted by What'**** and Snapchat to steal money out of people's checking and savings account with the ** ****** and Citibank because of faulty dilemma sand subjective chat bots that are only there to sell personal information using mind ridden features and counterparts that have negative turnarounds on the computer. I will no longer need his services and the ******************** will be able to fulfill my duties to **** employees only and not Facebook. I don't want to work with Facebook at all we openly closed their scheduling and content articles and made it Meta so he wouldn't interfere with my social representation and status quo with the entertainment world. This would only happen by him running his mouth about how much money I have made and invested in the business under my name ultimately brain washing people to UNLIKE me.       I purchased a **** verified badge on account *** had since 2008. As soon as purchase went through I was told I had to get advanced protection & the phone number that is on the account I no longer have access to. I am unable to contact anyone or get chat support to update phone number or to cancel the purchase for the meta verify badges cause I am not able to access fb due to the advanced protection. Im just cant access to my account

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing this complaint against ******************** (owner of Instagram and Facebook) regarding the repeated and unjust deletion and targeting of my business accounts, which has severely harmed my ************************* Instagram business account @prairiestate_hemp, which had over ***** followers, was deleted without justification. Our Facebook business page has also been subjected to repeated targeting and restrictions. **** claims that our business is selling illegal drugsan accusation that is completely false. We operate entirely within the bounds of the law under the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp and hemp-derived products at the federal level.Despite complying with all applicable laws and platform policies, we have been wrongfully targeted, resulting in the loss of years of marketing work, customer engagement, and revenue opportunities. This is not only unfair, but also damaging to a lawful small business.We have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Meta by:Submitting support requests through the Instagram and Facebook apps.Sending multiple emails to Metas support ******* date, we have never received any substantive response or resolution. The lack of communication and transparency from **** has left us with no recourse other than filing this complaint.This is a matter of unfair business practices and discrimination against legitimate hemp businesses. Metas actions are unjust, harmful, and potentially unlawful. We request that the BBB intervene to:1.Investigate Metas handling of lawful hemp business ****************** **** to restore our accounts and remove all wrongful restrictions.3.Ensure that Meta establishes a transparent and fair process for handling such cases going forward.Thank you for your time and assistance. I trust the BBB will take this matter seriously and hold Meta accountable for its unjust practices.

      Both my Instagram account @__zenemij and facebook account linked to the email ******************* were wrongfully suspended on 08/05/2025. I submitted an appeal on 08/05/2025 but have not received any response. I have also emailed support multiple times without resolution. I am requesting that **** please review my case and restore my account access. I have had those account for many many years and have so many memories, family & long time friends that i communicate with. This is truly sad. This suspension has caused me significant hardship. Ive lost contact with many family and friends, and I rely on Instagram/Facebook to stay connected. The lack of response from **** has also been stressful and time-consuming, as Ive sent out multiple emails without any resolution.

      I need to know why my account was suspended without giving me a legit reason other than they said i violated the terms of service. To my knowledge i have not violated any tos. Im scared they will sell my information because im not able to delete my information due to my facebook account being perm disabled. This is descrimination because when i report a video that i know violates the terms of service they do not take the video down. They also do not disable people that i have reported for bullying they let them keep their account. I didnt do anything and i get a permenant ban. Something needs to be done about facebook keeping our information because they are probably selling it.

      Facebook does not have a phone number to contact, theres several accounts that I cant access and I want them removed, its causing me to have a bad reputation cause people are stealing my pictures and using them for **** sites outside Facebook. Theres also Instagram accounts as well that *** have tried reporting and they wont take down.

      My entire social media with meta - facebook and instagram was hacked and disabled with no recourse or action for me to actually take as there is no way to contact someone. My personal account, including my personal business account as well. I was allegedly disabled because I somehowproved to them I am under the age of 13 years old. My Facebook account was 19 years old and I am 40 years old. I was also an admin for several businesses and non profits I work for.

      Facebook has locked me out of my facebook account, which I use for both personal use and professional use. After my phone broke (screen smashed and completely unusable), Facebook will not let me access my account without a confirmation from my authenticator app. The problem is, the authenticator app was set up on my phone that is now broken. Facebook has provided no additional option to help me access my account, besides uploading a photo ID. The problem with this feature is that it actually will not let me submit my photo ID- when I try to, an error message comes up, and then on my next attempt to log in, the option to submit a photo ID is completely gone. I am seemingly permanently locked out of my account. There is no customer support for an issue like this.
