Facebook does not have a phone number to contact, theres several accounts that I cant access and I want them removed, its causing me to have a bad reputation cause people are stealing my pictures and using them for **** sites outside Facebook. My entire social media with meta - facebook and instagram was hacked and disabled with no recourse or action for me to actually take as there is no way to contact someone. My personal account, including my personal business account as well. I was allegedly disabled because I somehowproved to them I am under the age of 13 years old. Facebook has locked me out of my facebook account, which I use for both personal use and professional use. After my phone broke (screen smashed and completely unusable), Facebook will not let me access my account without a confirmation from my authenticator app. The problem is, the authenticator app was set up on my phone that is now broken. Facebook has provided no additional option to help me access my account, besides uploading a photo ID. The problem with this feature is that it actually will not let me submit my photo ID- when I try to, an error message comes up, and then on my next attempt to log in, the option to submit a photo ID is completely gone. I am seemingly permanently locked out of my account. There is no customer support for an issue like this.Initial Complaint

I had a Facebook page under my as ***** ******** (****** *******), my page has been hacked, I have made attempts to close page from hackers and local cyber bullies with no assistance. In the past someone changed my password and took over my page. I reached back out to Facebook regarding this issue with no action taken on the companys behalf. However, no specific violation was cited, and I have not engaged in any activity that would reasonably justify such an action. I use my accounts responsibly and in accordance with ****'s terms of service, primarily for personal use.Following the suspension, I attempted to appeal the decision through the proper Meta channels. However, the process has been entirely automated, non-responsive, and opaque, leaving me with no clear path to resolution. Meta (Instagram) AI system has flagged my 16 year old son's Instagram account as CSE, I'm not sure what the system thinks is going on but it states it doesn't follow community standards for child exploitation/porn. This has happened to a number of local business people I know. This is a very VERY serious accusation. I part to this accusation **** banned all accts of mine attached to my sons Instagram. I am filing a consumer complaint regarding a paid advertisement I encountered on Facebook (Meta) that featured uncensored nudity: a woman exposing her bare b****** without any censorship. Originally, the post came from a page called EmoTouch and I commented "Aye wtf Facebook" and got a notification that someone commented on it. When I went back, the page changed to "Gaming master93002. The original posting page, EmoTouch is visible in the screen recording but Im unable to find the page. I saw this advertisement on August 28, 2025 at approximately 1:30 A.M.This ad violates Facebook's own content policies and presents harmful and inappropriate contentpotentially accessible by minors. My Instagram account tireddasfbro was disabled on August 27, 2025 for no clear reason. I submitted multiple appeals through Instagrams official channels but received no response. I have not violated ******************** Guidelines, and I believe my account was disabled in error.I have attempted to contact Instagram/Meta via support forms and Meta Business Help, but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting a formal review of my account and reinstatement.This complaint is not about a financial transaction, health issue, or legal matter my sole goal is to regain access to my account. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) has been suspending and permanently deleting hundreds of thousands of real accounts, for reasons ranging from "child sexual exploitation" to "violation of community standards." These charges are false, and based on their AI algorithm's erroneous flagging of violations. The bans are resulting in people losing access to their businesses, memories, loved ones, and social contacts. There is no customer service provided for people who appeal their cases to the company, and no further recourse once the bans are instated. My account was suspended in August 2025, and I discovered a huge community of people who have also been unjustly affected.
