I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the suspension of my Facebook account ***************************** which I believe to be unjustified. This action has caused serious disruption to my work, personal life, and social connections.I strongly affirm that I have not violated any of Facebooks Community Standards or policies. Suspending my account without providing clear reasons or concrete evidence is an act of unfair treatment and lack of transparency toward users.I demand that Facebook immediately review my case, restore access to my account, and provide an official explanation. On August 7, 2025, ******************** (Facebook/Instagram) permanently disabled my accounts, stating only that I had violated "Community Standards". I have never engaged in conduct violating Meta's terms. I am a mother of 3 young children, and I take their safety and privacy with the utmost seriousness. I do not use social media casually or for public exposure. My accounts were private, used only for limited purposes, such as sharing family photographs with my contacts and accessing important updates from my childrens schools, sports clubs, and church community. The permanent labeling of my account as non-compliant, issued without context, evidence, or the ability to appeal, is defamatory in nature and libelous in effect. I strongly contest this characterization, both as a matter of principle and under applicable consumer and reputational ************** a result of the disabling, I lost access to years of irreplaceable digital content, including personal photos, private messages, and school- and church-related information. My attempts to create new accounts have been automatically blocked, suggesting Meta is blacklisting my IP address, device ID, or other personal identifiers, without cause. I attempted to appeal through Metas platform, but received only automated responses. I have also sent a formal letter to Meta requesting a human-led review and access to my personal data. I have received no response.This conduct violates my consumer rights under Section 5, FTC Act (prohibiting unfair and deceptive acts or practices), and my data rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. **** has failed to provide transparency, due process, or lawful access to my personal data.I am seeking a full explanation of the alleged violation, access to all data Meta holds on me, and restoration of my accounts or lawful justification for continued deactivation. Ive spent over $15,000 on Facebook/Instagram ads. My campaign Portland has been Active for 3+ days with 0 impressions while a nearly identical campaign Spokane delivers normally. This proves its a delivery malfunction, not targeting.When I contacted support, I was routed to **** ************* agents who provided scripted advice (recreate the ad, widen audience, increase budget) despite the control campaign disproving those excuses. When I demanded escalation, my ticket was locked, preventing me from reaching Technical/Policy Support. My Facebook account was suspended after an ******************* violation. The violation was not from me it was related to my sons Instagram account, which was linked to mine. A friend had accessed his account, and as a result, all of our Instagram accounts (including mine) were disabled, and my Facebook account was also suspended.After waiting over a month, we created new Instagram accounts. Surprisingly, the system allowed this using the same email address, same phone, and same IP address.However, my Facebook account is still inaccessible. When I try to log in, it says I must appeal through Instagram. The problem is that the Instagram account it wants me to appeal through no longer exists, since **** banned it. This makes it impossible for me to complete the appeal process.I have had my Facebook account since 2009 and have never had any violations. I have years of personal memories, photos, and connections stored there, which I do not want to lose.This appears to be a mistake in how the linked account issue was handled. On July 27th, my Facebook account was suspended without justification. Despite following community standards, my access was abruptly revoked with no explanation or transparent resolution as to how my account's integrity was flagged. At the time of suspension, I attempted to send a message to my churchs official Facebook page as my responsibility as social media manager. The message was a caption for our upcoming Facebook Live and a link for text formatting. This is standard administrative activity, yet my personal account was suddenly suspended. I reviewed the current appeal options and noticed that submitting a video selfie is required to proceed. I declined this request due to privacy concerns and Facebook's data retention practices. Numerous reports from other users indicate that even after compliance with this process, accounts remain disabled and there is no assurance that sensitive biometric data is permanently deleted from Facebook's systems. As a user, it is troubling that legitimate users are forced into invasive procedures with little accountability or customer support. I requested a manual review of my account by a representative and a explanation of its suspension. However, Facebook provides no clear means to contact support services. Through extensive research, I uncovered 11 e-mail accounts to contact ********************. Despite this, after e-mailing a request to have my account reviewed, I was met with an automated, "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly." This has not only disrupted my personal access, but affects my responsibilities as a social media manager for a religious non-profit organization. Additionally, this interupted my busines operations as I am no longer able to access the business' Facebook account that was attached to my personal account. This is a matter that extends beyond inconvenience and touches on concerns of digital rights and user trust.Initial Complaint

I have a Facebook/Meta page at ****************************************************** that was monetized for payouts about a year ago. All was working fine until around April 2025 when my payouts to my bank account stopped. I was told to upload my ID's and bank statements which I did numerous times. Nothing was ever resolved and I continued to get the same useless responses. I was told to sign up for **** ******** services, which I did, in order to be able to directly contact Meta Support. I received a few calls and was told the situation would be rectified but it never was. Also, I notified Meta that every time I uploaded the requested documents, I would get messages such as "Something has gone wrong on our end. Please try again later". I have tried hundreds of times but my money is still being with held by Facebook/Meta.
