      I am a mother and small business owner operating two local businesses: a lash studio and a womens clothing boutique. I have worked for years to build both of these brands and have relied heavily on Instagram as my primary platform for marketing, connecting with customers, and generating sales.Recently, my Instagram account was permanently disabled with the claim of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE). This accusation is not only false, but deeply offensive and damaging to my reputation. I have never violated such policies, nor would I ever engage in such behavior.This wrongful ban has had the following consequences:I have lost access to thousands of followers and potential customers I spent years *********** boutiques sales have been severely impacted since Instagram was my primary marketing ********** lash studio has also suffered from decreased visibility and client bookings.I have experienced emotional distress from being accused of such a serious violation when I have done nothing ******** a paying customer of Meta (through ads and business services), I am requesting immediate review and reinstatement of my account.       My Meta account was compromised and unauthorized charges were attempted. **** acknowledged in writing that my account was compromised and stated that all charges would be refunded. However, my account continues to show a false balance and has ongoing restrictions that affect my ability to use it.I have tried repeatedly to resolve this issue with Meta:******* Support **** asked me to provide a list of dates/charges. I submitted the information but never heard back.2.Payment Dispute Meta confirmed by email that my account was compromised and promised refunds, but my account still shows a balance and ******************* Chat Support I was told my case was too complex and to contact Payment Support.4.Payment Support Escalation I provided my bank statement, but **** insisted I submit a copy of a canceled debit card (impossible, since I canceled it when my account was ********************** Attempts Since then, restrictions seem worse. My comments are throttled, I cannot communicate normally in groups, and support cases are now closed automatically without review. My last case was closed with no explanation, only an automated bot message (screenshot attached).Desired Outcome:Immediate removal of all false balances and account restrictions.Written confirmation that all unauthorized charges have been cleared.A direct human review of my case rather than automated closures.A clear explanation for the additional restrictions placed on my account.Attachments:They admitted my account was compromised.       My Instagram account, colason_yt, was disabled on *11-8-2025*. I believe this was a mistake, as I follow the Community Guidelines. If the issue is related to multiple accounts, I can delete some.This account holds precious memories for me.       Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against ******************** (Instagram) regarding my Instagram account, which has been wrongly disabled without clear explanation or resolution.Despite following Instagrams Terms of Use and community guidelines to the best of my knowledge, my account was suddenly disabled. When I attempted to file an appeal through Instagrams official process, the system repeatedly failed and would not allow me to submit the appeal form. I have tried hundreds of times, but the platforms system bug prevents me from exercising my right to appeal.This account is extremely important to me both personally and professionally.       Since January 2023, Facebook (FB) has been temporarily blocking my ********* business account if I post or comment more than once a day. As of Monday, August 18th, I am COMPLETELY BLOCKED from using either my personal OR business account & told no one can see my pages. ** has literally severed my social ties with friends around the world!I APPEALED the decision. *** message said it would take 1 day to make a decision to allowed access or disable my accounts forever! It took nearly a decade of contacting people to grow my nearly 800 friends, stations and shows! It is now 3 full days since FB blocked my *********** have tried to contact a human at Facebook, without success. Facebook is causing irreparable damage to my SOCIAL NETWORK. Im a songwriter & use my FB accounts to thank stations that play my ********* support them by posting about them. FB has made it impossible by CONSTANTLY blocking my Maxmilian account temporarily if I post more than once a day. The vast majority of other artists/ stations have told me the same happens to them! This is extremely detrimental, causing an unknown amount of financial loss because of *** actions, since stations stop playing music of those that dont connect with them! Despite being a social network, FB is harassing users, not allowing us to be social. Their Community Standards Policy (CSR), is enforced by ** that is flawed, blocking users NOT breaking the **** with NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH FB TO DISCUSS ANYTHING!Facebook MUST HAVE READILY AV**LABLE DIRECT PROBLEM SOLVING CONTACTS, & needs to stop their blocking/limiting of users.       Inside of the Facebook Marketplace application I had a order filled for an **** Laptop. The order was filled, shipped, and delivered back in 2022. Since then I have had a LARGE amount of calls with **** to release my money. They still have not paid me my $830 for the laptop that I sold through their platform.Every time I reach out to resolve the issue I am met with AI assistants that do not help whatsoever. There is zero support team and zero care in the world to fix this issue.

      I have used an Instagram account that is associated with my Facebook account for over 10 years. On July 27, 2025, I attempted to log into my Facebook account, only to find that it was suspended due to an alleged Community Standards Violation from my Instagram account. I submitted an appeal (where I was unable to provide any information; I only clicked a button), which was denied on the same day. This appeal cannot be reviewed by an actual human; it cannot be resubmitted, and my accounts were permanently deactivated. **** is accusing me of committing sexual crimes against children on their platform, with no supporting evidence. **** is unable to provide any proof that I have violated these community standards across any META platform.I am (was) an admin on a Facebook page for a non-profit with over ****** followers, and I also used my Facebook to sell items across Marketplace and groups. This unjust deactivation of my accounts has cost me lost sales, lost followers for my non-profit, and a loss of my reputation within my communities. It has also cost me emotional hardship and harmed friendships. I am no longer able to enjoy memories that I entrusted META with, and I am no longer able to see the profiles or photos of dead friends and relatives due to META.I am adamantly requesting the immediate reinstatement of my Instagram and Facebook accounts.

      Dear Meta,My Facebook account [***** *****] was suspended after the following happened. You have the records to verify this.1) On July 10th Meta communicated that my Facebook account was suspended (for two days) because there was an inappropriate post. It appeared that somebody from ******* had hacked my account, and posted child *********** in order to get my account suspended *************** I changed password immediately, and changed it a few more times. 3) A few days later, a second inappropriate post was flagged by Meta.4) I changed the password and enabled two factor authentication. I wrote about this to Meta in Facebook Support, Hacked accounts, and anywhere I could find a place to communicate about this. No live humans.5) There was no reply from Meta.6) Another inappropriate post appeared. 7) I communicated about this to Meta, but nothing happened. 8) On August 13 another inappropriate post was flagged by **** and my account was suspended, and not reactivated since then.9) I have communicated about this to Meta in several emails, and later reported this to the Better Business Bureau which rates Meta one out of five stars. Many BBB reports indicate **** is not addressing the issue of accounts hacked to get them ************ not addressing this issue in a timely matter **** is letting its customers down, demonstrating negligence with consumer protection. My business page ******* Events is inaccessible, as well as my personal account. **** is not protecting victims of hacked accounts when it has the records to verify the difference between inappropriate posts and inappropriate posts that were never posted by the account owner. **** does not provide live humans to address issues as serious as this. I rely on this platform for income, as I use it for business and monetization purposes. Losing access has caused significant financial and professional harm.I reviewed ******************** Guidelines and am confident I did not violate any terms. I submitted appeals through their official channels, but I have received either no response or vague, automated replies with no timeline for resolution. Ive also discovered many others are experiencing the same issue, suggesting a widespread and systemic problem with Instagrams account review and appeal process.I believe Metas actions disabling accounts without valid justification, failing to respond to appeals in a timely and fair manner, and ignoring the financial consequences for users are deceptive and potentially unlawful.A satisfactory solution would be for Meta to restore my account(s), explain the reason for the disabling in detail, and improve the fairness and responsiveness of their appeals process for all users.

      Over a month ago, my Facebook account was hacked by bad actors. I was able to deactivate/delete the account in real time since I was in the profile and had not logged off. After waiting a month for account deletion which had occurred (to ensure my friends on my profile wouldn't deal with any spamming from the old account) I created a brand new profile with many of the same friends, but as the account was building up with my friends again, the account administrators froze my account twice over a week for nothing. I posted a picture of ******* which I took with my phone, posted a picture of my dog, with I took with my phone, and another of devils tower which I took with my phone... then today 20 Aug 2025, facebook completely suspended my account for no actual reason. All I get is automated email stating to prove I'm human, I do, then it states, take a video, then again wait on a appeal. As for reason of suspension?? Nothing clear, just the generic most likely ai controlled answers with a huge amounts of possibilities for suspension. Going though all this within 45 days or so is not right. People use facebook for multiple reasons, I'm simply just keeping up with friends. This is not right, especially when there is absolutely no way to reach anyone working at facebook ever, customer service is non existent. Honestly, facebook asks for a lot of access from each user, they make an extreme amount of money... there is something definitely not right about how this is happening...
