My Instagram account (kaikai.maimai) was wrongfully suspended on July 21, and despite submitting an appeal immediately, I have not received any response for over a month. My Facebook account, which is linked to this Instagram account, is also locked, leaving me unable to access both accounts. I have contacted **** through multiple channels, including the Instagram and Facebook Help Centers, emailed the support team, appeal team, and privacy team, yet I have received no communication regarding this suspension.I have always faithfully followed ******************** guidelines, and I strongly believe this suspension was applied in error. The lack of response and inability to access my accounts has caused me significant emotional distress and has resulted in lost contact with friends and family who live far away, as well as lost access to irreplaceable personal photos, memories, and communications.I am requesting that a human representative review my case and take immediate action to reinstate both my Instagram and Facebook accounts. I expect a fair review, timely communication, and restoration of access to my accounts. This allegation is completely false and unfounded. I have never engaged in any behavior that violates ******************** Standards or applicable laws.Despite my attempts to appeal the suspension through Instagrams internal processes, I have received no meaningful response, explanation, or evidence to justify this severe action. The suspension has caused significant harm to my reputation, personal relationships, and professional activities conducted through the platform.Instagrams lack of transparency and failure to provide due process in this matter is deeply concerning. A false CSE report is a serious matter, and any suspension based on inaccurate information must be handled with the highest level of care and responsibility. Facebook is allowing fake businesses to advertise to it's users which result in defrauding it's users. I was scammed out of money by a fake online casino advertisement which presented itself as a local Indian casino nearby my home, "**************", which helped garnered my trust. I downloaded the app it directed me and I entered my debit card info and put $25 into my account, it deducted my money and stopped working. I've tried many times to notify Facebook as well as flagged the advertisements as fraud. Facebook sends me messages that they did not find any fraud. There is no way to contact Facebook. IMPORTANT: I contacted the actual casino and they said they were aware of the problem and said this is happening to many local casinos not just theirs and mentioned they cannot get Facebook to respond. My Facebook and Instagram accounts were hacked, along with the email connected to them. During the hack, my Facebook account was disabled.I was able to recover access to my email and Instagram, but I still cannot access my Facebook account. ******************** requires me to submit an appeal in order to restore the account, but the appeal email was never received (it may have been deleted by the hacker). Without this appeal option, I have no way to regain access.This account is very important to me because it contains memories and pictures of my children that I cannot replace. I even went so far as to use my husbands account to purchase a verified Meta account in hopes of reaching customer support, but every time I contact them they disconnect without providing help.I am fully willing to verify my identity through drivers license or facial verification, as is the standard with Meta, but no customer service representative has provided me with that opportunity.All I am asking for is:Restoration of my Facebook account, OR Resending the original appeal email so that I can properly submit the request ********* contact information:Email: ********************* Phone: ************ Please escalate this matter to someone who can assist. **** has accused me of horrendous accusations On June 10 2025 my account has been left me on review which I have appealed and they accused me of many horrendous crimes. Ive tried to call them and email them but they havent done anything due to them not having human employees instead it is a company ran by AI and that is what got my account disabled. I have told many of my friends why payed for the verification since thats the only way to talk to an actual human employee, my friends either got their account disabled or the human employee straight up dont want to help. **** claims they are doing this for good but they are disabling many accounts that arent doing anything bad and I never posted anything for them to disable my account. This is a money hungry company and they will lose many people if **** continue doing this. There is a lawsuit about this situation and its been on the news and **** still has not said anything about it especially since its happened to *******+ people. My instagram account @dnlrchrdsn was permanently disabled in June 2025. After a month of back and forth through metas paid verification service which grants you the ability to speak with a live customer service representative and being promised multiple times Id get my account back, I was told last minute as soon as I paid for another month of the verification service that they couldnt help me. My account dnlrchrdsn was hacked, and soon after this, it was permanently disabled. I was banned for account integrity meaning they thought I was faking my identity, but even when I showed my state issued **, I was instantly banned as if the ** wasnt my own. **** uses AI to ban accounts, and I am under the assumption that my account was never reviewed by a real person, because my ban was out of nowhere and for no reason, and it makes no logical sense for my Instagram @dnlrchrdsn to have been permanently disabled. I do not want my money back, I just want my Instagram account @dnlrchrdsn back, because the memories on that account are priceless. I am writing respectfully to file a complaint against Meta (Facebook/Instagram) regarding misleading advertising, non-delivery of a paid service, and failure to honor the terms of a subscription product.On 22 July 2025, while browsing Facebook Reels, I was suddenly logged out and informed that my account had been disabledwithout prior notice, explanation, or opportunity for due process. ***** platform states that appeals must be filed within ***************************************** option was provided through the app, website, or verified channels.I subscribed to the **** **************** with the clear understandingbased on Metas own advertisingthat it provided access to live support and reliable resolution of account-related issues. In reality, I did not receive the service I paid for. Despite repeated attempts, my concerns were dismissed. Live support agents closed tickets without explanation and told me simply to open another ticket. Following these instructions led to my **** Verified Instagram account being restricted from support, allegedly for misusean unfair penalty that resulted directly from Metas own process *********** escalate, I personally visited ******************* and waited nearly four hours, only to be denied the opportunity to submit my appeal letter. Instead, I was given a flyer with broken appeal links, losing both time and income from closing my clinic that day. This denied me due process and contradicted Metas stated 30-day appeal ********* a licensed medical doctor, this account disabling has disrupted my professional practice. I relied on Facebook and Messenger for patient communications, medical collaborations, and health advocacy work. I am a paying **** Verified subscriber, yet **** has failed to deliver the services promised under the program. My Instagram account, @**********, was hacked on August 16, 2025 and the recovery email, phone number, and password was changed without my authorization. Despite completing video verification and following all recovery steps provided by **** support, my account remains under unauthorized control after 7 days.I have been in direct contact with Meta support via email and chat, but they repeatedly provided generic instructions, links that don't work, and refused to remove the hackers recovery email. My Instagram account, @Cumpiled, was permanently disabled by Meta (Instagram) on March 6, 2024 for an alleged violation of their Community Standards. The reason provided was an accusation related to adult sexual soliction, a deeply serious and damaging claim. But a month before i was disabled i had been hacked by some online group that were posting all types of random images and when i did regain access i was disabled meta did not want to hear my views on what happened and i am annoyed i can no longer use my Instagram that took years to build with over ****** followers. I am reaching out hoping you can help me. i have an account on ********************. the account has been hacked and the person or persons who hacked my account have changed the email associated with the account so i am no longer able to access. my family is conversing with the hacked account and i do not want them to be in a position to be harmed. i expect facebook to allow me to recover my hacked account, but their help is only a circular reference saying i need the email on the account and offer no other way of contacting them.
