      I block my account and now I cannot unblock or speak with a agent to help me online.I signed with my ITIN number but when you are talking to a machine online the system says is not valid.I called several times and not one time I was able to speak with someone!I tried unlock following the instructions from the website but it shows a message in the screen and doesn't work!There is not even a chat or email to request my account to be closed!It's ridiculus!!!!There is no way to talk to a person!!! IT'S FRUSTRATING!!!

      A few months back I froze my credit with Experian. I was dealing with a company that had to pull a credit check. I told them that my credit was frozen. The person on the line said let me check if she can do anything without unfreezing the credit. She then told me that my Experian was not frozen and that she indeed pulled my credit. I went on the Experian web site to check and the site said that it was frozen. I tried to call and get a person to help me with the issue. After an half hour trying everything to speak with someone with no luck. I went back to the web site to see if I can get into a chat (no luck). I did find where I can send them a message (sent 5 messages NO LUCK) The site said I had an active duty alert on my credit not to mention that I was never in the service.The site however did try to get into my pocketbook to sell me upgrades.Sorry, but I cannot give even 1 star but I have to choose a star or I cannot submit the review.

      Experian and the other companies sell our private information to mortgage and car loan companies. So every time you fill out a mortgage application and run your credit, you get 300+ solicitation calls. This is a complete invasion of privacy. I did not consent for them to share my private doings with the world.

      Can someone please help me temporary unfreeze my account???I have been trying for 3 weeks trying to reach a live representative but you to no avail. It's apparent Experian no longer have live representatives to speak with. I am extremely disappointed by their service. I sent several emails pleating for assistance, I even requested to speak with a supervisor/manager. The email response sounds like a generic script response. As if Experian has set up automated email response like their phone system. You are writing and speaking to a robot with limited response capabilities. This is truly unfortunate for everyone. I even tried resetting my password, however, that option also doesn't work. Experian says expect a reset email within 15 minutes, it NEVER arrived. Below is one of the emails I received from Experian. I tried it and had others try it. Did not work.Thank you for contacting Experian. For your security, we cannot access, alter or remove information on your credit report over email. The best way to address your concern is to call us between 8am - 7pm CST Mon - Fri. After the greeting, select option 2, then option 1, and lastly option 1 again to speak to a live agent who will be happy to assist you.Thank you,Your Team at Experian BBB can you please help us?Thank you,***************************

      Experian credit company refuses to except or view the police reports related to this falsely reported past due collections and they are all a bunch of BS. My credit score always is below average despite me not having a huge amount of debt. The fact that I pay my bills on time has not reflected at all in the last 6 months. I'm not sure if it's discrimination or designed to hurt me personally but it's something that is unsettling about this company.

      I have had the worst experience in trying to talk to a representative from Experian The automated system has continually disconnected me no matter what number for service I pressed. During every call I asked for a representative and was told by the automated system that was not an option.I logged onto the website and found additional numbers, but alas, the result was the same by each automated system. I finally found a way to issue a fraud alert online, although that was not why I was calling, and was able to send an email and asked for someone from the company to call me. When Experian responded, the email stated that representatives are not able to make outgoing calls.I kept asking in my emails for someone to call me. I was finally given a number and was able to reach a representative from Experian. The security questions that were asked of me had nothing to do with me - I am not sure where these came from as they made no sense to me. The last question asked for my current address or where I had lived previously. I have lived at my current address for ******************************************************* my previous address. However, I did live on one of the streets over 30 years ago but it was not my previous address before my current address. When I asked the representative for clarification about what previous meant, she repeated the question.The representative stated the only way now to check on my account and why a credit company is unable to view my data is through a letter. I have mailed my letter and have paid for a signed receipt, as I do not trust this company to acknowledge the letter or make any changes to my data/account.Needless to say, this has been the worst experience I have had with any of the three credit services. The other credit services were able to help clear this ** in one phone call. With Experian this is my fourth day; now I have to send a letter and still nothing is resolved.

      EXPERIAN Credit *******************EQUIFAX Credit ****************************** Credit ******************* Up Lifted my Identity off of Documents with out my Authority, Permission, nor my Instructions for approval. ************************** all threw the Stolen Identity reporting by Theft. Identity Transaction are not related to any transactions by me as the Consumer. Consumer have a Right to Privacy. Not honoring Consumers request to block and delete unauthorized information requested by consumer. Ignoring the request from consumers. ETC

      I have been trying to remove a credit freeze for 2 days. Customer gave me a number to reach a real person. THAT number was not for a real person. I am just being given multiple numbers to the endless phone tree. No person, no real explanation. I need to lift the freeze on my account and their online and voice systems do not process this correctly. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of a person there to assist. I am sorry I every put a freeze on my records there and fear that I will never get it lifted. What a "crock" of a company. Not helpful at all. Actually more of a detriment to the consumer than an aid. ZERO STARS for customer service.

      Do not attempt to get a "free" credit report from Experian. They will tell you they are charging you $0 and then nefariously sign you up for a recurring monthly fee. It is incredibly difficult to reach customer service in order to get the charge removed, and they will retain your credit card information indefinitely, so you get to constantly worry that they'll sign you up for another "membership" that you didn't ask for.

      Their website is deceiving and intentionally forces you to sign up for their paid service when you want to get a "free" credit report. I didn't catch it because it automatically signed me up with an expired credit card. Complete BS that Experian can get away with this.
