This company has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service on the planet! It is next to impossible to speak to an actual living, breathing human being. They expect you to do EVERYTHING through their inept, inadequate, and infuriating AI interface. But sometimes you NEED to speak to an actual person. They are making millions of dollars in profits, yet they are too freaking CHEAP to pay for human customer support staff? I would give this company ********** if I could. I filed a dispute with them about an error on my credit report. I uploaded FOUR DOCUMENTS, which are PROOF of my claim. My claim was DENIED! I want to talk to someone to ask why, but they make it next to impossible to talk to a living, breathing person.Did they even SEE my uploaded documents? Did they bother to make even one phone call, which would have easily verified my information? I have no idea because I CAN'T GET A HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE!!!! EXPERIAN IS THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET!!!!!!! They should be banned from the industry. If a company is providing credit reports, which can affect a consumer's ability to take out loans, and the interest rate we receive, then the very LEAST that company can do is provide REAL PEOPLE to answer their **** phones!!! I would give NEGATIVE TEN STARS if I could!!!!

Experian does not allow you to talk to a customer rep; instead they have an automated filter that blocks you from it. I tried to submit a consumer statement to my account. I mailed a letter asking them to add the statement to my credit report three weeks ago, and I feel like it was just thrown in the trash. I tried to talk with a rep about adding it, but the automated system won't allow you through. I need to look closer into our rights as consumers through the Fair Credit Act. This complete BS!

The same company that helps you cancel other memberships wont help you cancel their own. I signed up with my credit card to check my *********** and Equifax scores. I wanted to cancel my membership five seconds later. There is no option to cancel your membership online. So I had to wait until the next business day to call a phone number and talk to someone who barely speaks English. This sounds exactly like the antitrust that America is trying to get rid of. Shame on you, Experian.

Its a freaking joke. I worked my **** off to get my credit score up and it was decent then there boost thing i had kicked my bank account off and dropped my score to 560. This is why people cant get nothing because we have these crooked companies handle our credit score. We dont need that company or credit scores for that matter. 2 scores is just fine, experian needs to be shut down.

I froze my credit and need to unfreeze it to make a purchase. I have tried for over 2 hours to reach a real person!! This is unacceptable, absolutely unacceptable. I finally got someone in the disputes department, but they cannot verify my identity because they have phone number entered incorrectly and I cannot receive the text. They told me to call Membership, which of course I have, but ALL prompts lead to automated, no live person. I am stuck with no recourse. This is horrible.

Can not get through to a representative. My identity was stolen and a false account was started in my name. I needed help with a representative to get this squared away. Was NOT able after several attempts and calling all their numbers to ever speak with them. I dont feel they could help me just online, thats why I needed a **** I still cant settle with them cause there is no way to talk to anyone!Thank you,I hope this helps their company do better phone customer service!

Experian provides absolutely no method for connecting with a human. I am trying to (a) log on to their system for a simple action but the systems does not recognize my valid information, and/or (b) contact a human to determine WHY. The online tools only provide solutions/option that do not address the above or are the issue itself (e.g., cant validate to sign in or reset anything because "something" doesn't match - even the combination of my social and birth date, which I KNOW. Then if you try calling in, their automated response system will not allow you to talk to a human for any reason and simply puts you in a loop of options that neither work or are even related. There are so many complaints about this company that hold a control over the credit access of people. Next step, file a complaint with the ************************.

I would list a negative number if I could. This organization is impossible to work with. The website could not recognize my identity and referred me to a phone number. The voice system did not ID me and sent me back to the website. Finally after over a dozen phone calls I fooled the voice system and got to speak with a person who told me he couldn't help me! He gave me a web address for a document upload. He also gave me a report number and promised a supervisor would contact me shortly (supervisor never called back) Well guess what neither chrome, ******* of firefox could communicate with the Experian Web site. If my credit is denied I will be seeking legal representation.

Charged my card without authorization. There is no way to get in contact with support. I'm going to have to charge back through my bank.
