Terrible, terrible experiences with their phone system. There is no way to talk to a representative, and basic functions are not available. e.g., I have a temporary freeze placed on my credit, and there is no way to re-freeze. It is simply not possible.

By far the worst credit reporting agency. Impossible to get a hold of a real person to overcome an issue the robot can't address. Tried my online portal only to get rejected, retried which I guess locks you out for a week before trying again. Tried again a week later and got the same message. So I can't log onto my online account and check my ********************** report and I can't get a hold of someone to help me resolve my online access. Absolutely the worst ran credit agency by far, someone needs to shut them down.

Experian Credit is the worst credit reporting company. Their website will not allow updated personal information resulting in a credit card denial. Their customer service requires 10 minutes to get to a person to help you. Then the **************** is foreign and does not English speaking in a clear manner. Then she hung up on me. The website refused to allow my phone change, annual income which does boost your credit, email update, address update. Only did a customer service update an address after 5 calls then transferred me and that customer service hung up on me. This is the worst service and online website ever. The website was being hacked and Experian failed to notify their customers again. Im reporting this to the **** Attorney General for action against Experian Credit

Constant unsolicited emails, and fully ignored requests to unsubscribe. Had to email 60 different email addresses at once to get unsubscribed. What a trash business.

What a horrible company. I have reset my password 12 times this morning!!!! Still can't sign in to my credit freeze. THERE IS LITERALLY NO WAY TO EVER TALK TO LIVE PERSON. How can they have such horrible customer service when it comes to something as important as a person's credit. I am headed to the emergency room right now because of heart palpitations caused by this experience this morning. This company is literally going to kill me.

Experian has stolen my identity. They are furnishing inaccurate information on my credit report. I never gave them permission to furnish anything on my credit report let alone anything negative. They are in violations of many U.S. codes especially 15 U.S code **** (e). I have been trying to get them to remove in accurate info from my report because my social has been constantly compromised. They have done nothing but tell me lies and constantly giving me the run around

As a African American, Single woman, I believe my civil rights have been violated! Im making this complaint because I have been sending in dispute letters informing Experian that something that doesn't belong to me is being reported on my profile. The fair credit reporting act (FCRA) 15 U.S.C. ****. say that I have the rights to Privacy! I have a legal right to dispute any credit history errors. I Never gave anyone permission to report any negative remarks, collections that do not belong to me and inaccurate personal information. Total breach and violation, I was a victim of identity theft. Two different credit scores on adverse action letters with trying to get a home loan.

This company is a total joke just look at all their complaints, They are evasive in their communication. The customer service phone line has AI with an IQ of 6 and a vocabulary of 3 words all this is done by design. How can they be permitted to keep credit scores when they claim they get their Credit Bureau Scores' from FICO while having this huge brick wall you can't communicate through. Now they will respond to the BBB like they really care. We are the motor that keeps them in a job and they are just flat out rude passing the buck to FICO or Transunion. You contact them and they put it back on Experian their Headquarters are in Ireland not even a real **************** profiting getting their credit scores from FICO.There needs to be laws changed they run Experian like they are in the 1960's it is ****. The BBB has a 1.09/5 score on Experian they are allow to control a Credit Bureau for all Americans who have credit. Experian READ YOUR COMPLAINTS ON THE BBB I DIDN'T"T MAKE THIS UP.
