      I have been trying to remove a credit freeze for 2 days. Customer gave me a number to reach a real person. THAT number was not for a real person. I am just being given multiple numbers to the endless phone tree. No person, no real explanation. MY BANK NEEDS MY CREDIT INFO FOR A HOME LOAN!!! Why can't I speak to a human? This is a terrible experience and I will NEVER freeze my credit again. What a nightmare... Zero stars

      I always pay my balance off in full before the due date. My score keeps dropping by 17 points always to 739 once my scores gets to 756. When I look to see what's change it always shows a no new inquiries, no late payments account is pay on time and balances are decreasing NOT increasing. Even my car note as decreased. My score should not be decreasing but increasing.

      Well so far everything has gone good it's been a learning experience and I've learned a lot about my credit and understanding a little more about my credit thank you Experian

      I paid off 2 high limit credit cards, but Experian still shows me carrying the balance from over ************************************************** the information has been available to Experian every month. Nothing has happened with 2 disputes filed with Experian. Don't bother trying to call them. The recordings just keep sending you in a loop.

      This is a horrible company as they are taking monthly fees without authorization. I asked to be removed from their database and never to use my credit card number again. Found that I was paying ***** for some time. After speaking for 1 1/2hr talking to 5 supervisors, I was disconnected. Be very careful dealing with this company as they prey on people getting debited monthly without knowing it. In addition, the service was not helpful at all for the short time that I subscribed.

      I needed to unfreeze my credit report with Experian today. My pin did not work. My email did not work for a password reset despite there being a history of emails from them to that email. And to top it off, they would not accept my birth date and social because "it didn't match"I could not talk to a person, I could not reach a person, I could only try sending a posted letter. Holding my information hostage and denying my personal information as accurate, with absolutely no recourse in a reasonable time frame is unacceptable.

      I am locked out of my account and have been emailing for weeks only to get the same response. I do not remember the phone number or email when I originally created account and there are no options to speak to someone live or update online through customer support therefore I cannot do anything to dispute my credit report due to being unable to receive a code to update. Same response worded differently for weeks now!!!! Very angry
