    Originally ordered children's workbooks on 8/20/2025, Order # *****. Finally received tracking information from ****** on 9/15/2025 stating that the package was hand delivered to me. It wasn't. Not even at my address, not even in my gated community. I've sent many emails to MyTinyThinker, and they stated I needed to get a "Lost Certificate" from Yanwen, their shipper. Yanwen has not answered any of my emails. Now, MyTinyThinker has charged me another $29.99 (total $59.98) instead of crediting me the original $29.99. I will be disputing with my credit card company also. Upon researching Yanwen, they have a reputation of not fulfilling deliveries. MyTinyThinker is not accepting responsibility. There is no phone # to contact them, only email address. Tracking #UK398519665YP.

    Before ordering, they offered a 15% off coupon code, but the code didn't work. **************** promised to apply it after I placed my order, but did ********, the product was shipped with super slow shipping. My package took almost a month to get to me. When it arrived, the books where about 1/2 the size that were advertised. I'm not talking about a visual difference. I am talking about measured size is much smaller than the size indicated on the site. They are so small that the letters are too small for a young one to trace. Also, the box that was supposed to be included was not. I reached out to notify the company of this issue. They admitted that they changed the product to save money, but we're unconcerned with updating their website or providing a way to ship them back. They offered a small refund to keep the item. After many back and forths, the refund amount increased to 80%. However, they also indicated that if I were to return the items, I would have to pay full shipping to their main warehouse. I again reminded them that this was "bait and switch," but they were unconcerned.

    On august 3rd of 2025 I purchased a series of activity books for toddler learning from this company (Tiny Thinkers). I have been waiting for almost two months and have yet to receive this product. The purchase was in the amount of $35.17. Then for the past two months I have also been charged $29.99 for subscription that I never signed up for with the company. The checkout never gave an option to opt in or out of said subscription. I have never even heard of said subscription up until the amount for this month posted on my bank account. This bundled product was advertised on Instagram as a verified advertisement. the image attached to my complaint shows everything that was supposed to be included.

    I purchased a writing item on August 3rd from Tiny Thinkers. Without my knowledge, a membership fee was tacked onto my bill. I contacted them via email to have it removed, with no response. I cannot find a phone number for the company. There was one illegitimate charge on my credit card resulting from my initial order. I logged into my account to find a membership category I was unknowingly subscribed to. I cancelled the membership. I was again charge this month for a monthly fee AFTER I requested the cancel. This is now two unauthorized charges with seemingly no way to contact the company to reimburse or confirm cancellation. Its like a scheme to get a monthly fee once they have your credit card information. Also, there is no product or service offered due to the membership fee. They are literally just taking money while producing nothing in exchange.

    I placed an order with this company in July, which I understood to be a one-time purchase. Since then, I have been charged two separate $29.99 fees for a subscription I never signed up for. At no time during checkout was a recurring subscription disclosed or agreed to.When I contacted the company, they refused to reimburse me for these unauthorized charges. Their practices are misleading, deceptive, and predatory, taking advantage of customers by quietly enrolling them in hidden subscriptions.I strongly urge potential buyers to be extremely cautious. This company engages in unethical billing practices and does not take accountability when challenged.

    Company promised pens and booklets with disappearing ink to practice abcs. Company only provided parts of pens and they did not fit the pen parts. Unusable product . Also false advertising of full size books, they were miniature sized.

    I ordered workbooks from Tiny Thinkers. I received them and was charged $29.99. I have now been charged $29.99 again for the past 2 months. I contacted the company last month and to cancel any subscription that I did not sign up for and told them to stop charging my account but now I have another charge this month. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges.

    I ordered a set of grooved handwriting books for children. I only ordered one item from them and they charged me for two on August 18th. I emailed them, and told them that I didn't order the second item. Not only did they not credit me back the $31.99, but now (Sept 16th) they are charging me another $29.99. Ordering a set of books would never imply that I'm signing up for some reoccurring subscription so either they are a scam or they don't make it explicit that you are signing up for a subscription. Had I known, I never would have purchased in the first place.

    This company charged my card/ submitted an order without sufficient notification. It simply went from add to cart button to charging it. Also they snuck in a month subscription without notification and autosubcribes you.

    On 8/12/25 I paid $29 for their TraceTrek Set with free shipping. Approx 2 weeks later our **** delivery driver came to our door and explained that their package had a counterfeit label put on it by the sender and thus that I had to pay the entire postage cost or I couldnt even get my package (that I had already paid $29 for). The postage I had to then cover was over $9 ($9.25). I contacted the company via email on 8/28/25 and expressed my frustration and concern - and asked that they refund the money I had to cover for the postage that I never should have had to pay. I included photo proof of the package with counterfeit label stamped right on it by the post office and the unpaid postage amount that I had to pay. They responded the next day (8/29/25) and asked for a photo of my receipt for the unpaid postage that I paid promising to resolve this matter promptly for me. I was able to send the requested receipt on 9/2/25. After receiving no response, I emailed them several more times and they just stopped responding completely. No refund has been given. No further answers or communication from them have been received. I feel like I have been completely scammed.
