Pattern of Complaints
Tiny Thinkers came to BBB’s attention in July 2025. A review of complaints was done in September 2025. Following our review, we’ve observed a consistent pattern of complaints associated with this company. We've identified a recurring issue where customers are automatically enrolled in a subscription without realizing that the "Join The TinyThinkers Club" option is pre-selected by default. Many customers report receiving no response when attempting to cancel through support, and those who try to cancel online are still billed the following month.
BBB is attempting to reach out to Tiny Thinkers to address the above concerns.

On September 30, 2025, BBB challenged this company’s advertising that appears on their website https://mytinythinker.com/
When making a purchase, the "Join The Tiny Thinkers Club" subscription option is pre-selected by default.
1.1 The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB.
1.2 Advertisements which are untrue, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, falsely disparaging of competitors, or insincere offers to sell, shall not be used.
1.3 An advertisement as a whole may be misleading by implication, although every sentence separately considered may be literally true.
1.4 Misrepresentation may result not only from direct statements, but by omitting or obscuring a material fact.
BBB reached out to Tiny Thinkers to request that the subscription box remain unchecked by default, allowing consumers to opt in at their discretion.
To date, Tiny Thinkers has not responded to our request.
