    I ordered a workbook for my classroom at a discounted rate. I DID NOT sign up for any membership and started getting charged $29.99 every 28 days. I would like a full refund for the "membership fees." I tried contacting the company but did not get a response.

    I purchased the writing workbook and have erroneously been subscribed for a monthly charge of $29.99 without my consent or knowledge. This is a scam! Theyve charged me for nothing ( no product, no monthly newsletters or anything of value that would constitute a subscription) and I havent been able to cancel it. I am at the mercy of this company to cancel the subscription via their online contact form. There is no email and no phone number. Please shut down this scam!

    This company charged me for a subscription I never authorized, I cancelled immediately once I saw the charge. I got charged AGAIN the next month, checked my cancellation and it said in process they do not have a phone number to contact, only email, which is extremely slow and not helpful. I requested a refund and all they said was we see your account was not cancelled, it is cancelled now I had to report my debit card as stolen just so they wouldnt charge again.

    I ordered $51 worth of educational supplies for my 6 year old kindergartner to learn better handwriting. After a month of waiting for the product, I emailed the company asking if they knew of its whereabouts. They told me that it is still in transit. A week later, I told them it had been too long and I was canceling my order and wanted a refund. After numerous emails back and forth they continue to assure me that the package is still in transit and that the delay is not their fault. The refuse to refund me for these products. This company is based in ********** but their products are apparently made overseas.

    I purchased books from tiny thinkers to help my grandson advanced in his writing abilities. I received the books and the following month was charged an additional charge . I reached out to the company and they stated that I confirmed a subscription when I purchased the original books. I did not willingly purchase a subscription I asked for a refund and they stated that at checkout I accepted the subscription membership. I believe that this isan issue with this company as I have read multiple people complaining that they were being charged for subscriptions that they did not acknowledge or want. I am asking the company to refund me my $29.99.

    I ordered a physical product from a company and they have been charging me a subscription That I never authorized, even after canceling said phantom subscription Ive been charged multiple times. Theyve changed their email correspondence address, dont have a clear way to log in, have multiple websites hiding their membership management, account log-in and website products. Its taken me multiple attempts to dispute charges and have even had to change my card number now, Im pretty sure its a scam of some sort to extract money from ppl who are less observant with their finances.

    2 complete sets purchased on 8/24/25. Set included alphabet book, number book, drawing book and tools to use to trace. This sale was on ********. Originally $35 each set and a discount special for $25.10 each set. I only received 2 mini drawing books 7 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches, too small for a 3 yr old. I did not receive anything else. I contacted them, as per my email and wanted to know where the rest of my order was. I then requested a refund and needed an authorization to return the items. They never sent the authorization, which is needed to return items. Nine emails later and still no authorization. I would like a refund. If they want the drawing books back, I will send them back since they are useless without the pens which were not included. Receipt and correspondence are in the uploaded photos. It was processed thru my credit card.

    The books received are dollar store cheap. Paid $30. There is an automatic subscription for $29.99 per month which I was unaware I opted in for. I was told it was cancelled on September 23, 2025 via email confirmation. I was still charged in October. My husbands identity was also stolen in September and card was charged $500 to send oversees through a *********. I am wondering if this has become a common occurrence with others.

    I ordered a book for my grandson in July which my account was charged $35.17 for which I never received. Tiny thinkers signed me up for a monthly subscription that I did not authorize and my account has been charged $29.99 (3) times since then! I have emailed and messaged 4 separate times to cancel this unauthorized subscription and my account was charged again today! Please help!

    They have been debiting my account monthly WITHOUT permission for something and i have no idea what it is. I did not sign up for any kid of subscription or auto pay for anything. I saw on ****** reviews that this has happened to others as well. the debited my account on 9/2, 9/29 and 10/23 for $29.99 each time. My attached receipt shows the total of my purchase.
