I ordered the writing books for my child on September 23, 2025. It was advertised that I would get the books for $29.99. I received them, however they were much worse quality than advertised. I decided to let it go and take the loss. However, I received another charge from them for $29.99 on October *******. There was nothing that stated in the order that made me aware of any type of membership or recurring charges. I had to ****** to find out what is going on. Apparently, the membership is for ordering more products at a discounted rate. There was nothing that said anything about a membership in my emails, original advertising, check out process, etc. I also found there were many complaints about this company stating the same thing as me. Other people also said that they continued to charge them after they cancelled this membership. I went through the steps to cancel the membership on the website, however, I am getting a new card and disputing charges as well with my bank. My goal is to prevent more people from being scammed in this way, and I want a refund for this membership that I did not know of or agree to.Initial Complaint

This company is a scam. I ordered an educational product in July 2025 that took forever to come and was not as advertise. Now I keep getting a recurring charge for ***** every month since, for a subscription i am receiving nothing for and did not authorize. It was not easy but I managed to find a way to cancel this last month and despite that was still charged again this month for the same thing.Initial Complaint

I purchased a product from this company on July 25, 2025. The order included four workbooks, a set of pens, and pen control trainers for a total of $35.17. The companys website displayed this as a $156.00 value with a $127.00 discount, which was misleading given the poor quality and minimal value of the products received.Although I was disappointed in the product quality, I initially accepted the purchase as legitimate. However, on October 17, 2025, I discovered that the company had been charging me $29.99 per month for what appears to be a subscription service. Upon reviewing my account, I also found a previous charge of $29.99 on September 23, 2025.There was no clear disclosure that my purchase included any subscription. The only related reference was a $0.00 line item labeled TinyThinkers Club, with no explanation of what it entailed. These recurring charges appear to have been added without informed consent and may indicate deceptive business practices.I am requesting a full refund of all charges ($95.15 total) and confirmation that any associated subscription has been canceled immediately. If the company does not address this issue promptly, I will be disputing the charges through my credit card provider to recover the funds.Attached is a screenshot of my original order confirmation. It shows a line item for TinyThinkers Club listed at $0.00, with no description or indication that it was a recurring paid subscription. This supports my claim that I did not knowingly consent to ongoing monthly charges.Initial Complaint

******************************** ************************** I clicked on a Instagram advertisement for a children's tracing workbook and it took me to one of these websites. The website is very attractive and describes these workbooks as being the #1 teacher recommended learning tool. They boast about having thousands of 5 star reviews. I ordered a set of five workbooks, which came with pens. They claimed this set was worth hundreds of dollars, and that it was on sale for $29.99. I did actually pay for and receive real products, which included the workbooks and pens. The photos on the website showed full-size workbooks, but the ones I received are about the size of an index card. The scam was when I began to see monthly charges of $29.99 from their company on my credit card, which they billed as a "subscription". They never mentioned a subscription alongside their product or on their website. I never received confirmation that I was being signed up for one, or that I was being offered an additional service I never signed up for or requested. I also realized that their website has no place for customers to leave reviews, despite showing photos of glowing reviews. That is when I realized that at the bottom of the website, it simply says "2025". Someone created the business this year, and fabricated all of these reviews and teacher recommendations. They do ship a real product; however, the product purchase is simply how they get your credit card for the scam subscription. I ordered a set of books back in July, I received the books and they were way smaller than advertised. In August I started receiving monthly charges of (*****) for apparently a subscription I never signed up for and apparently am unable to cancel, as I have tried on their website and also by email. There is no mention of a subscription in my confirmation email. I made the mistake of using my debit card through my Apple wallet and keep getting charges monthly even with my card locked and the bank refuses to do anything about it as theres a binding agreement.Initial Complaint

On September 7, 2025, I placed an order with Tiny Thinkers for a set of educational books for my four-year-old. I made this purchase believing it was a one-time transaction. Nowhere during checkout was it clearly disclosed that I would be automatically enrolled in a monthly membership program. The products I received did not function as advertised, and when I reached out to Tiny Thinkers customer service within the first month, I was told I was still within the trial period. However, upon accessing my account, I discovered that the supposed trial ran from September 7 through October 5not even a full month. On October 5, I noticed an unauthorized $30 charge for a membership I never knowingly agreed to. I immediately emailed Tiny Thinkers on the same day to cancel and request a refund, given that:1.The products were defective and did not work as described.2.The company failed to disclose that my purchase included a recurring membership.3.I contacted them on the final day of the trial period.4.Their response was misleading, claiming the first month was free, despite not providing a full month of service. This business is based in **********, and I believe these actions constitute deceptive and unfair business practices under both federal and state consumer protection laws.I am requesting a full refund of all charges, including the $30 unauthorized membership fee, as well as the original purchase amount for the non-functional products.Tiny Thinkers practices have caused unnecessary frustration, financial loss, and wasted time. I am filing this complaint to prevent other consumers from being similarly misled.Requested Resolution:Full refund for the product and unauthorized membership charge.Clear disclosure requirements for any future customers to prevent recurring billing without consent.Initial Complaint
