    Apparently when I purchased my learning items I was enrolled in some sort of club which on my order confirmation says was free. Then I was charged $29.99 for a monthly recurring charge. I emailed customer service that said they couldnt refund since it was apart of their T&C but it would be cancelled moving forward. I let that charge go because i figured maybe i didnt actually read the terms correctly. then this month i received another charge for $29.99. When i emailed customer service again, they gave me a generic paste and copy response they gave me the first time. I emailed back saying that it was supposed to have already been taken cared of, but since that time i have not had any response

    I purchased products from this place on July 12 after hearing about it through an advertisement on TikTok. My items were supposedly shipped on July 14 and according to the information I found, orders usually take 7-10 days to arrive once shipped. I was given a tracking number but whenever I check it it says there are no updates. The only way to contact this business is through email and I have emailed them 3 times over the past week I have yet to get a response. I now believe I have been scammed and I don't know what my next steps should be. I do not recommend doing business with this company. .

    I received my product finally. I am writing now because they charged me for the product on July 14 (*****) and then attempted to charge me again today August 10 the same amount *****. Luckily my bank rejected the payment but now I have to call my bank cancel my debit card and set up a new debit card, which is a huge inconvenience. Are there other steps I should take to report their fraudulent activity? Thank you, **** *******

    On 6/17/2025 I ordered from this company, in amount of $29.00, a set of children's workbooks. Immediately after ordering I received an email with the summary of the order and there was a line for a recurring membership. I did not select this as part of my order. The instructions to cancel this membership lead to a dead end on their website. I have reached out to them more than ten times over this month to have this recurring charge, that I did not authorize, turned off. I have not received a response. Today, 7/16/2025, my checking account was charged for $29.99 from this company. There is no street address listed anywhere that I can find and only know *************, ** because it appears on the transaction that posts to my bank statement. I am working with my bank to dispute this charge and will most likely have to get a new debit card issued to stop future charges. I am hoping that a complaint filed with the BBB might prevent other people from using a company that commits fraud by adding unauthorized items to orders and is unreachable to resolve the issue.
