    Had an issue with purchasing an item and being forced into a subscription without my knowledge. My card was charged $29.99 per month for 2 months before I noticed. There is no place on their website to view or end your subscription without contacting their customer service. **************** took days to respond and refused to refund my money. There isn't even clear instructions on how to use this service they are charging for. Complete scam. The items they sell are mediocre as well. Do not use this company.

    Order books for my Granddaughter from this company. End of the month I find a charge on my checking account for $29.99. They say I signed up for a subscription. The company doesn't have any phone number can only contact them by e-mail. Was able to cancel the subscription but they would not refund the money. Will not order anything from them again.

    My experience is very similar to others who have left reviews and made complaints. This is similar to multiple reviews on TrustPilot as well. On trusst pilot it states that the company (**) has stopped trading as of June ******* experience is almost page by page of these reviews. Our Bank Account was charged for 4 months a monthly fee of *****. apparently the consent is implied when you make the first order. Now we are unable to get into the web site, and will contact our bank to attempt to stop payment.

    If this is the company that sells the grooved workbooks, stay away! It took almost a month to receive them. The books are really tiny. I hopefully did't get scammed into the monthly membership like most (they have it auto marked as one of the options during check out). I know I unchecked it, but I have not checked my most recent account to verify. The images and descriptions are deceptive. I ordered quantity two of the "pen control trainers." Every image shows a set of 3. I needed 3, but I wanted extra so ordered a second set. My package only had 2 as opposed to the 6 I was expecting. You can get a pack of 16 on ****** for $8 and they charged $20 for just 2. What a headache.

    I ordered a single item from Tiny Thinkers and was shocked to find recurring charges on my account every month often on different days, making it harder to track. Despite never signing up for a subscription, they billed me for four months straight. I had to cancel my card just to stop the charges.Even after canceling, Tiny Thinkers continues to attempt billing me monthly. They do not respond to emails, and there is no phone number listed anywhere for customer support. This feels like a deliberate scam unauthorized billing with no way to contact them or cancel.Avoid this company at all costs. Im reporting them to my bank and consumer protection agencies.

    Do not buy for a toddler, theyre tiny books and the customer service is terrible. Theres also a hidden subscription theyll sign you up for without your consent then refuse to refund your money. Make sure to read all fine print and terms.

    Pretty much what everyone else is saying. Purchased product from an ad on Instagram, and they added a line item for a subscription without my consent. The books they promoted are 8.5x11 (normal sized workbooks) only to receive tiny little books untrue to size. Working with my bank now to put a stop order on these recurring payment.

    RUN AWAY, FAR AWAY! ***** Scam alert! I bought some writing books from them via fb ad, payment went through a completely different amount, received the items and they were nothing like the advertised products, just cheap temu items from *****. I contact and they just kept sending me automated copy and paste replies, then suddenly tell me Im signed up for something I never signed up for. After me sending several emails they eventually send me a return label and then I had to keep telling them to refund me long after it was delivered. They never refunded me and I had to dispute with my bank to get the refund. Now 3 months later they are still charging me $30 twice a month for something I never had or signed up for. Now I have to close card and get a new credit card to get them to stop.

    Like others I purchased books and did not realize there was a subscription attached to them. When I found out I tried to cancel the subscription, but was still charged. Fortunately, my bank called me. I reported the charge as unauthorized and had to get a new card. Totally worth it to not be charged again. Don't purchase anything from this company. they are scammers.
