ZERO stars if I could. The actualy product I ordered is tiny and not very good. Then they secretly subscrive you to a $29 per month charge with no products being shipped. I have to dispute the charge every month. They won't respond to any of my communication.

if it was possible to give a neg 1 star I would. Highly disappointed in the quality of the product. Books were super tiny and the pens were impossible for my four year old grandson to use. I tried multiple ways to contact the company to cancel. Aug 14 2025 946 pm ET used their contact tab and never received a response. I also went onto the account and cancelled and noted account cancelling along with at the bottom "cancellation notice" this subscription will be canceled at the end of the current period (aug 7-sep ******) On Aug 15 2025 ET listed as a **********. I left a voicemail never received return call. Absolutely no communication on this company's end. Friday my husband informed me a pending charge from Tiny Thinkers. I reviewed the subscription and conveniently the date was changed to this sept to oct. Once again I used the contact tab then also sent an email (hello@my ***************) various people have corresponded with me today. I even attached pictures of the account reflected cancelling but still no success and thus was charged another month for the subscription. This company should not be allowed to do business in the ***. Poor business practice and extremely unethical. Buyers beware. This company should be flagged on social media sites to make others aware.

I ordered the kit from tiny thinkers on July 31st and I have yet to receive the items. I have tried constantly to contact the business but there is no phone number anywhere and the email that is supposed to be customer support is different from another one on the website. It gives me a tracking number but it was last updated on 8/26/25.
They also charged me for a membership fee that I was never told about. I was able to go onto the website and cancel the membership and alerted my bank. The purchasing card has been canceled so I hope they aren’t able to get me again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS

**************** does not respond to emails. Website is not transparent on charging $29.99 monthly. Had to have my credit card company fight it. Continued emailing with no responses. Second charge of $29.99 hit my credit card again in which I emailed, they finally responded and said they would cancel my subscription (which I already did in the portal weeks before). I demanded they refund my money and they would not respond. I am furious. This is fraud.

This company has charged me for a membership I never signed up for. I have looked for my so called profile and its literally blank. No directions no material, absolutely nothing. I have reached out and while they say they have canceled my membership and will not charge me going forward, they wont return my money claiming that I can enjoy the perks of their products. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing the workbooks that I would subsequently be charged a membership charge. It is unethical that one is automatically signed up for a membership when they purchase their workbooks. There is nothing set in stone at checkout that asked customers to opt in or out of this membership. This company just signs you up and you wont notice that you have signed up for a membership until they charge your credit card. This has to be stopped because I can only imagine how many people have had to deal with this unwanted membership that they wont give a refund for.

This whole company has to be a scam. I did an order and chose free shipping and when I got the order confirmation it had expedited shipping on it. Mind you, it sure didn't arrive quickly for "being expedited". I immediately emailed them to cancel the order since they overcharged me and they took 2 weeks to reply and say "oh sorry, it already shipped nothing we can do". Then I would get like a weekly email from a different person who had absolutely no idea what was going on. They refused to help, don't have a phone number, sign you up for a free trial without your knowledge- these are a bunch of crooks and I hope someone shuts them down.

I paid for a box of learning tools for my grandson, for $***** it was to have 6 books, 4 pins and 3 finger holder to help the children to write. I got 4 books, 1 pin 9 refill, and 1 finger holder. I paid them ***** and they are still trying to take money out my bank account.

The actual workbooks are not bad. I got the full set and extra pens for ~$35. They work and the ink does disappear. They automatically add you to a "tiny thinkers club" which auto-charges $29 fee every 28 days. My bank declined the first charge but they resubmitted and it went through.I was potentially able to cancel by going to the website, finding the "tiny thinkers club" in the bottom left, signing in via my purchasing email, going to "My account", "My subscriptions" and "Cancel". We'll see if I get charged again next month. The subscription gives you "discounts" to their kits and "access to tinythinker learning library" but I cannot find any links to this library on the website or in my email. Minus three stars for shady business practices without having the benefits actually accessible
