    Money was taken from my account on Aug ******* for 1 set of very small books and no pen was received. I bought this as a onetime gift and the child could not use it. Then on Sept 28 another set of money was taken out of my account by ******************** . I DID NOT order any further items from them. So please return my money to my account., I am a senior citizen on limited income.

    If I could leave zero stars, I would. The books are tiny, not at all what is needed for children learning to write. Once you buy you are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription, this is not made clear. I cancelled my subscription via their website and was charged again. They refused to refund me. The product is bad, the service is worse. I am aligned with those that call this company a scam.

    Horrible. Absolute nightmare. Did not receive any useful or mildly good quality items ordered and then charged multiple times to my card reoccurring payments I did not authorize or agree to. Scam stay away.

    ************************** This is a scam website. If you buy anything, they wont send you the item, or they send you an envelope such that when it arrives, the carrier shows your package is shipped, however it is not what you paid for.

    Thought I was purchasing books for my granddaughter. Than was charged a monthly fee of $29. Their ad is misleading customers. Says nothing of this revolving monthly fee! Tried contacting them and only get voicemail! Also went to email a complaint and that was sent back! Do not buy anything from this company! Its a SCAM!

    Absolute scam! The products sent were tiny tiny books with terrible pens with the ink not even inserted Then when you check out it auto subscribes you for recurring charges we were unaware of Absolute Chinese scam
