I placed an ordered in August 14 for learning tools for my child. I was under the impression is for just for the learning tool. A month later I was charged for a service I was not aware off or I had ever utilized. I called the company and I was told I entered a membership at checkout. This was totally an error and wasnt aware of that. I released they Im automatically Sign you up and expect you to uncheck it at check out. I cancel the membership the very same day the payment was withdrawn from my account. I reached out to the company and theyre refusing to give me a refund. I have never used any subscription or was I made aware I had signed up for a subscription.Initial Complaint

I ordered a set for my child and it was much smaller than expected so I wanted to return it. I tried contacting them and received no reply. Then I received a charge of $29.99 but I never signed up for anything intentionally. I tried asking for a refund but again no reply. Eventually I found out that if you purchase anything they automatically sign you up for something that costs $29.99. I found out where to cancel it and they did it AGAIN this month. Products were advertised on Instagram heavily and seemed legit. When I ordered, I paid a small shipping fee on one and free shipping on the other, but then the packages were unable to deliver due to postage not appropriately paid for. The company said I should pay it and they could possibly refund me, even though I already paid shipping. The company is out of **********, supposedly, but passed along all customs and duties for the materials - I wasn't even aware product was coming from outside ******. They then deactivated the email account they were responding from and have refused to refund me for product I never received due to this issue. In June 2025 I ordered a set of books. Not noticing I was automatically signed up for a membership which does nothing. In July when I was charged $29.99 I noticed the subscription and finally found where to cancel it. In Aug they pulled $29.99 again. When I went back to look the cancels subscription shows pending still. Now another payment is pulled in Sept. I have emailed as its the only contact option. Still no response. The bank says I will have to cancel my card to make it stop.Initial Complaint

I purchased books from tiny thinkers back in August as a one time purchase. Items arrived within two weeks, but fast forward to 8/28 I am being charged a subscription that I was not aware about for $29.99! Ordered writing books for my kids from Tiny Thinkers for $29.00. The workbooks was much smaller than expected, but I didn't do my due diligence before ordering, most likely. 2 months later, I realized they have been charging me $29.99 every 28 days and it is listed as "subscription" on the charge. The "subscription" charge is not listed anywhere on my invoice for the workbooks, nor is it apparent whether the subscription offers any service other than simply a scam. I've since canceled the subscription through the Tiny Thinkers account that was created when I originally ordered the workbooks. On July 18 my credit card was charged for a product I purchased from Tiny Thinkers. I never received any communication from the company, acknowledging the purchase or stating the item had shipped. I also never received the item. When I tried to call them, their phone wasnt accepting any messages. Then I reached out through their contact us online help but no one has ever responded. When I went online to file a complaint through my credit card, I saw they had charged this as a reoccurring charge and I was being charged AGAIN for an item I never received. Im in the process of disputing both of the charges through my credit card company but people need to be warned.Initial Complaint

I went on their site and put the order number and tracking number in and it says it cannot find my order. On 7/19/25 I ordered a workbook set from this company for my child. I received an email confirming my order for $29. There was a line that said tiny thinkers club x1 free, I didn't know what that meant. No where on the website or during ordering does it say there's a subscription or recurring charges of any kind. The products took weeks to arrive, and when they did they were not the same products pictured on their website. These are totally different products. The workbooks are incredibly tiny and the letters and numbers are not accurate to the US letter and number system for a US early learner. I complained to the company to which they only offered to refund half of my money back and refused to give me a return postage label. I decided I didn't want to continue dealing with them so I agreed to receive the half refund and just throw away the useless workbooks as they said not to return them. I received an email stating I would receive a $15 refund. Not only have I not received any refund, they are now charging me another $29 that I did not authorize. I disputed it with my bank and now I have to cancel my card and get a new one. I tried going on their website to see what the new charge was for and there is no additional other information or what this charge is for. At the bottom of the web page in the tiniest link it said something about a membership so I clicked it and it took me to a separate portal where it showed that I had an active subscription with them that I never authorized and a new pending charge for $29, I clicked cancel but it says it won't cancel until the end of the subscription period, in a month? I never subscribed to begin with! This is super deceptive and there products are not as pictured. I think this company is a scam and they are fraudulently subscribing people to memberships that are nearly impossible to cancel without cancelling your credit card
