Dear Sirs, I cannot enter the website *********************** It is blocked and I do not understand the reason. This problem is not a recent one and it is a general problem. I have a new computer and I am in ******, *******; when I am in *****, ******* or in ***** the problem is the same (it cannot be my browser or my computer). I contacted boublelist.com and they told me to contact cloudflare and NAMECHEAP.COM but it is impossible to contact them. Also via ICANN it is impossible. Nobody answered. I canceled a subscription to use Name Cheap as my domain provider, which I did not wind up using, so I canceled on 06/30/23. They continue to withdraw funds from my bank account and in communicating with them via email, because they refuse to call me, I get the run around that due to "strict policy" I have to log into my (canceled) account in order to prove it is me requesting a refund, all while they continue to withdraw from my bank. I cannot login because it is canceled and they know it, however have not assisted me in any way and when I don't do as they request, they "cancel the ticket/resolved" and then I have to start all over with complaint of withdrawing funds etcInitial Complaint

The renewal date for my namecheap domain isnt until August. I cancelled in July so I wouldnt be charged, as I no longer use the domain. They charged me for it anyway, even though the renewal date isnt for several more weeks. Lately I have been getting mass spam emails from several different domains. 100% of these scam/spam emails are using NameCheap Domains. I decided to report every single scam/spam email I receive to namecheap abuse. At the beginning, NameCheap Abuse customer support was doing a great job at deleting the domains as I sent them in. However, for the last week, they stopped removing the abusive domains. The last email I received from stated they wanted me to send in a ton more information for each spam message. At first when i was reporting them, the person I was speaking to said to continue sending in my reports in the SAME FORMAT as I did for the first 30 domains I had deleted. But now they are trying to make it more difficult for me to report fraud. I have given them the domain names, along with screenshots of the obscene emails each and every report, which should be more than sufficient. I have all of the proof of the spam/scam emails over the last 30 days. I have also shown this to NameCheap Abuse support. For some reason, they are deciding to make it more difficult for me to report abuse as I get atleast 10 different domains spamming my email a day. They easily create new NameCheap domains and continue to spam. I am reporting them to the BBB because I believe they are not doing enough to combat this situation which is causing mass spam/scam emails being sent to millions. of people. I am also reporting them because they are making me jump loops to get these abusive domains deleted, when I was told to keep sending the abuse complaints in the same format as I did when I started. It is already time consuming enough to do what I am doing, and they are trying to add a 50% additional workload. I already asked to speak to a supervisor that can deal with my complaints, and I no longer receive any responses, and several domains I have reported are still live and no longer being deleted. I signed up for a service with namecheap. I talked to them today about canceling it. I asked multiple times what is the cancelation process. Only after they canceled it did they tell me that I will not receive any refund.Do they have no common sense? Why would you cancel something for no reimbursement and not use it. The company doesn't let me change provider, They have taken my domain hostage and trying to charge me fro 6 to 80 times the price for which I initially registered it to be able to transfer it to another registrar. I requested the transfer almost two months ago and because they provided an Authorization Code and the site seemed to work well I thought the transfer was taking place until my domain disappeared from my new registrar that notified me that Namecheap hadn't updated the server names. I then went to Namecheap and my domain had disappeared from there too. When I asked customer service I was literally mocked and offer to be helped by paying a fee, I either have to pay 80 times the price to register the domain again, only with them because they have decided my domain is now a premium they own, or pay "only" 8 times the price to their customer service so they fix their "mistake", then they lower the price offering me to pay only a *************************************************** the end they didn't even care about my complain and will be keeping my domain hostage for as along as they want or until I pay whatever price they have decided to arbitrary charge me.Initial Complaint

I get emails from ***************************** and any name @ fileveteran.com These are hack attempts every single day, they have stolen my information and I have received notifications from several social media platforms as these hackers are trying to use my information from these scam hack emails that are sent relentlessly harassing me every single day for over a year. This type of activity is not acceptable, this has caused my family to have mental health issues as they are afraid of being hacked as well as they see the same emails, I ask random people and they get the same emails too every day.This has been going on and namecheap does NOT care at all, they actually are heavily involved in these scams. Namecheap is the actual hacker.If they continue to contact my email addresses, I think that this becomes a legal situation where they have impacted the mental health of many individuals and have stolen funds from others but not myself. I am smarter than that, to get funds stolen, but you letting namecheap exist is allowing russian hackers to hack americans daily. And if you think I am incorrect, you need to re evaluate your current job position.
