    We work from home and have multiple no soliciting signs at the door yet they decided ring the doorbell. When I answer the door the sales guy tells me he is too busy to read signs and refused to give his name. When I call the company its routed to another country and I tell them I need to speak to someone here Im sent to some guy locally named ******** who tells me that is the sales team and passes the buck. I see all over yelp complaints for this exact same thing. This company doesnt get it, they just keep doing it.

    Be very cautious. I was told that you could stop service at anytime by the young man who signed me up. This was a lie. It is a one year contract. Scheduling an inside treatment was very inconvenient (4 hour slot and they came right at the end of that period after I waited all day). Also, when my year was up and I terminated services, it took 15 minutes with a sales person who was refusing to allow me to discontinue. I finally asked to talk with a manager and had to get a bit ugly, but was able to terminate. I do not recommend this company.

    These people come to my house and i have a do not solicit on my front door. I ignored the knock and they came back 3 times. Its sort of ridiculous how aggressive they are and the fact that i dont want their services. I am i covered in the aspect of what they are trying to sell. please dont do door to door sales and come by four times to a home. thanks ** i am not interested.

    I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied how this company handles business. Ive cancelled my services in August of 2022 and they sent out someone without my approval in February of 2023 and sent me an invoice. Theyve been calling multiple times weekly for the past 2 months trying to collect the money and every time I speak with someone they apologize and they say theyll take care of it. And this lasts 20 30 minutes every time. Today another person calls me again and tried to collect money for services theyve never done in February. I got so fed up with it that I sent them a video of their technician ringing the doorbell and nobody answering. So they want to charge me for something they didnt even do and something I never approved. Then they turn around and try to tell me I signed a 2 year plan when their sales person clearly told me they dont do contracts. Im getting told a different story every time they call ***** unbelievable. The biggest hassle ever!! Id never recommend the company and I cancelled my services because they didnt really work.

    DO NOT use this company, contract is BS, once you sign up you are locked in, and canceling is almost impossible. The service they provide is basically sweeping some spider webs and sprinkle some dust around the outside of your house. I saw really no improvement in pests. I was told each time I tried to cancel I would have to pay a huge fee. They promised to lower the rate and then charged me the full amount anyway. When I called about the overcharge they stated I should see a refund on my card. Nothing...Worst decision I ever made. True Scam. I wish I had checked their reviews first.

    They do door to door sales, which by itself could be ok even though there people (including myself) wholl never buy anything from a door to door sales person. The problem is that these people completely ignored my no solicitation sign right by the door, and knocked my door very aggressively and loudly. They showed up at my door twice in one day, completely ruining my peaceful quiet Saturday. Please train your employees better so that they respect peoples desire not to be bothered by a door to door sales person.

    The salesman are completely misleading and tie you in to a long term contract with large cancellation fees even though the salesman swear up and down that there is no cancellation penalty at any time. The whole sales tactic is completely misleading and the services are not any better than any other company or DIY products from ************ stay away unless you want to be locked in for a year or more Complete scam. Salesman are most likely trained to portray things a certain way to lock you in. Reguardless of your reason for a cancellation they will just ******* you with discounts then still try to bill you for cancellation during a cycle and then the call center will threaten you with a collections agency.

    These guys are truly a scam. They verbally lie to you at the door and have you sign a contract via email that is nothing like what the kid at the door told you. I am not sure but I think they hire third parties to get your business but what you sign is totally different. If you want to stop the non-service they will not accept it until after the last treatment is complete. I guess they hope you will forget to cancel and it renews. All this is bad enough, but the service did not work. This company is out of ******. That should tell you a lot. Do not do business with these people.
