1 starThey just wont leave me alone. *** told them i moved they want to charge $300 to move the account. I told them i will be living in a condo and they want proof of my address. Told them i dont want anything to do with them and they are not getting any money. Ive had to block calls from them. Really worrying behavior. Avoid them at all costs.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starTerrible company. Harassing me to pay back the 'initial discount' for which I find nothing in the contract requiring that I owe that. Plus the signature on the contract copy they sent me is not my signature. They will not back off and stop call/emailing me. Goes in about 2-week cycles. One rep told me that it was canceled, but two weeks later they called again for collection. Plus their service was terrible... only sprayed around the doors their last visit. Didn't ********** the house perimeter. Do not use this company. A scam from start to finish.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starDo not sign up with this company, absolute scam artists. They charged me an initial $250. to service my property. The guy was onsite for no more than 30 minutes. Later on I realized on was signed up for continuing service (my mistake for not reading the fine print> I tries to cancel the c*** service when I was tole I owe them another $150. I refused to pay and within a month they sent me to a collection agency. I paid because I dont have the time to fight them over $150,DO NOT, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANYEcoshield Pest Solutions

1 starWe had this company come to our house a few times with the same crappy service. They would then come back the next day to try and complete the work order with same results. Once we requested the service to not continue they now are trying to charge us $150 cancellation fee which i refuse to pay. If they would have fulfilled the requirement as i was told they would this would not be an issue. Stay away from them. We will see where ************. 1 starscammed my wife by going door to door saying a years service would be $149 / year. The paper work was not presented to my wife at the door, but sent a few days later via e-mail. We're older, retired. We were billed $149 twice in one month. When we contacted them, we were told it would cost us $149 to cancel with no service. they also offered us all other types of service and we had to eventually hung up on them. I canceled our credit cards and hopefully that will be the end of it.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starA sales man came to our door and over this service. After the first visit we started to have hesitations. It was almost as this made our house worse. After every visit: we had to call them, for a repeat. We called multiple times with our concerns, and really never got anywhere. They charged us $180 to cancel our contract. Icing on the cake: we were never sent a cancelation bill: so after 90 days of not hearing from them at all (no service, no phone calls). Our bill was sent to collectors. Now we have a ping on our credit from this.This company is a scam, and there are multiple complaints with this exact story. Please stay away. In a nut shell our great credit was tainted by 3/4 visits that didnt do anything to help our home. The headache, the money, everything. Its a matter of time before this company gets in trouble for this.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starDO NOT USE Eco-Shield- its a Scam! Not only did they not provide the service they promised, but I cancelled in 30days and they have hounded me for $200. That was in October.
