1 starI requested to cancel and they said I needed to complete a call first. Then I got an email saying they were going to charge me $250, so I sent an email back voicing my displeasure and that I will keep the service until the service agreement then cancel. Then they cancelled me and invoiced me $250!! Then I get a call from an Indian guy who I couldnt even understand who just said some words and then hung up. So odd, avoid this company and see they have a potential class action lawsuit coming their way which I will be joining.

When we send a notification for an upcoming appointment and a customer replies requesting to cancel, the account is placed on our Pending Cancel list. At that point, our ************* team attempts to reach out to confirm the cancellationhowever, in your case, it appears the call was routed to voicemail.
The $250 termination fee was applied because the account was canceled within the terms of your 24-month bimonthly service agreement. That said, we absolutely understand your concerns. If you wish to continue or reactivate your account, the termination fee will be removed, as the account will be reinstated.

1 starI wish I would have come to this site before entering any agreement with them. I really wanted them for a stink bug and Boxelder bug problem that occurs every fall. Several treatments through the summer and the bugs are still here in the fall. I called to have them come out again earlier this month. No call no show on the date scheduled. I have now tried to cancel my service and they are charging me $250 to cancel. For a service that did not even produce desired results I specifically asked for in the spring. Be warned, stay away.

1 starThis company is a rip offf!! Stay away!!! I will definitely do my research in the future. But unfortunately was just trying to pay the $179.00 for that day to treat the spiders and him to do the dewebbing. Still after the 2nd treatment and spider website and ants everywhere on my house. Tried to call and cancel so I can get a better company and of course there is a fee. ****** . I might as well pay the full contract and get the syrup sprayed so I don't have to pay for Halloween decorations. HORRIBLE!!!!!! And you have to select a star so that is why they have 1.

1 starThis company is greedy for a dollar. Even after several attempts to cancel our service and voice mail that stated our billing balance that we paid, we got a notice that a remaining balance was due in a collection notice from A.R.M solutions in **********.

1 star************ has proven to us that they are running a deception company. We signed a contract for them to come out quarterly, but were charged bi-monthly. When we called to cancel, they would not let us even though they were in the wrong. Every service tech that came out was discouraged and I felt like I had to counsel them., ************ is corrupt.

1 starIf i could leave a zero start I would. I think they are out there praying on old people. Making them sign contacts before they are allowing them to read the contact. when you call to get information they can not tell you how the $$ each service. I would never use this service I hope everyone spends this word so no other older person or anyone get scamed

1 starI had paid $500 for garage door seals. These seals were falling apart and I requested a tech be sent to my house to replace these faulty seals. Apparently, this company expects a customer to pay to have them back their faulty products and installation.When the tech showed up on Oct 1st, he clearly stated he was there to replace the faulty garage door seals. After looking at the seals, he stated he only had the door seal and would have to get the floor bumper and reschedule. He came back to my house a few minutes later, saying he would be back on Friday, Oct 3rd. At no time, was there a mention that this service would cost me an additional $200 above what I had already paid ($500) for these garage seals. When I contacted EcoShield, their **** Baby Po, stated they were not going to refund the $200 fee. She stated my request was outside of their normal scheduled procedure time, so I had to paid a $200 fee for a tech to replace these faulty garage door seals. What a scam!!! I have filed a fraudulent charge report with my credit card company. The credit card company is investigating, yet stated they would give me a provisionally credit to my account for the transactions disputed while they continue to investigate. EcoShield was a good company 2 years ago. Now it has turned in a company with poor products, service and company *****

1 starI had a sales person stop in multiple times for two years. I finally felt pressured enough to try their service. I was told I could cancel at any time without penalty. I was also quoted a different price than charged. My employment changed and I have attempted to cancel multiple times. Today, I connected with an overseas agent who stated I had to pay a $250 cancellation fee. He attempted to pressure me into giving him my new location, etc. He said I signed a contract which is misleading. I was not fully informed about the terms of their contracts, including recurring service fees and cancellation penalties. The service guy was signing me up via his telephone. I was pressured into signing agreements without adequate time to review the details. I do not have a contract in my booklet that was mailed stating these fees. I was attempting to help a young man out who was working out in the heat attempting multiple times to obtain clients. It seems like I have been scammed. There is a class action suit that I am researching against them as well.
