    I want ******, who we first had contact with on a door to door basis when he visited our address on July 1, 2025 and stated he was the current pest control provider for 2 of our neighbors on our street. Upon first contact with ****** he informed us his company currently had a special that offered services for a 50% discount off the regular fee. Making the first visit $150 that would be due on the date of service which he stated could be performed later that afternoon if we would be home. After that we were told we would have follow up applications every ************************************************************************************************************************ between applications. At this point we were told if after the first 10 days we still were experiencing and pest issues they would come back and retreat our home. OnJuly 23 I received a VM, text messages stating we had an appt on that upcoming Saturday . I assumed it was because of our phone call about the continued pest issues. We were scheduled to for 6 appts . So we called .I know what we asked though because of specific needs and the desire to be about our financial obligations for the work. Upon calling the company we were told the upcoming appt was not for any continued pest problems but the follow up visit that would at that point then guarantee their services from that that point forward and we would be charged $204 plus $14 taxes and fees . This was never told to us. After trying to explain the situation to the customer service *** my husband became extremely frustrated by their lack of desire to even listen but rather become pushy and aggressive as if this was a common issue they have to deal with. It was beyond clear that the woman on the phone was not going to budge or even attempt to contact anyone but rather just tell us what we signed up for and thats what would happen or the alternative, our contract would then be void and the initial $150 we had spent

    Very unhappy. They use lies to get you to sign up. They also gave me appointments, then changed the appointment schedule to whatever they wanted no matter what they had told me. This happened repeatedly, in fact every time except the last visit. I am so tired of dealing with them. Their products do NOT kill insects. We have had NO improvement. The owner of the company ( I found out he is not), told me that he would waive the cancellation fee if for any reason we were not happy with their treatments by the middle to end of Summer. I found out today, that they are going to charge hefty cancelation fee. Do NOT be swindled by these company.

    Upon application of products inside and outside the house, my dog's skin broke out in significant rashes, had to put him on steroids to treat the issue. I was on hold for 35 minutes with ecoshield trying to cancel my service and get a refund. I had to call a second time where I had to be on phone for 33 minutes where I was denied a ********* Not Use Ecoshield. When I made a BBB complain, they asked for a vet toxicology report to refund $191. I have not been able to get a refund from them

    I have spent hours on the phone cancelling the service, they didn't cancel the first time I cancelled, so they say they serviced the property, then tried to charge us, I cancelled again, talking to someone who barely spoke english and taking my time by proving over and over I am the owner. Finally got a second cancellation done, just got off the phone again (3rd time) because they are still trying to charge me. The company is terrible, unprofessional and a total rip off.

    Warning: Stay Away from EcoShield!We were tricked into signing up after the salesman promised to ***** back the $180 startup fee if we changed our minds. He never did. He lied repeatedly about refunding us, about stopping by with cash, about servicing our neighbor (he wasnt), and even claimed it was his brothers small business. None of it was true. We have camera/audio proof. Now theyre demanding a cancellation fee just days later. Cant reach anyone by phone. Shady tactics and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

    Worst company ever! I told them if they offered me free service, I would not accept. Signed up June 11th , he said they wouldnt be back until fall. Thank goodness I was home because the tech showed up on July 13 and would have just done an application if I wasnt here. To cancel took me 3 phone calls and back and forth with some salesman trying to give me discounts. They are charging me $250 for early termination! I told them I would make it my mission to let everyone know how terrible the service was. They came to take care of spiders/webs after the service it was worse.

    Even though we have a no solicitation placard on the front door we were approached regardless. I let him go through the sales pitch. Every step of the way he kept gathering information and talked like I already accepted the great me only discount. Im pretty laid back but kept refusing to sign the contract on his phone. Crazy thing is he said he really had to take a s*** and I obliged by letting him use my bathroom. Crazy right!? Im a nice person but the pressure and ******** that I listened to was too much. Finally after a half hour of intense sales pitch I said no way and I needed to research the company. After looking at the BBB and the comments it was a serious no go. My wife was at the least very concerned he was casing our house and the neighborhood. Long story shortheads up with this company. I was promised with the top of the line service at a ridiculous low price but the catch that he snowed over was the contract length. My opinionsteer clear of this company. Hopefully they dont come back because the next unwelcome greeting may not be as pleasant. FAIR WARNING

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ***** was the sales person promising no bugs, will not harm pets or anything when they spray in your house. He even gave us his cell phone number if we had any problems at all. We have small flying bugs that we hoped Ecoshield Pest Solutions would take care of the problem. They wanted us to wait through 2 applications and we still have bugs. The person doing the second application said it does not cover flying bugs which I couldn't believe. He said it was in the contract. We had to sign a 2 year contract. I requested my money back because there product is useless and does not work at all. He said the company does not give money back but for $250.00 you could get out of the contract. We hope no one uses this company because it costs a lot of money and there are no results.

    I still have bugs after 2 applications and have to vacuum them up everyday. They are in my dogs water dish and I have to keep refreshing her water. I really want the contract canceled because I was told that what they are spraying is eco friendly and would not harm pests or wildlife outside. This is a lie and not properly defined because I see that they are not eco-friendly. The bugs I have are tiny flying bugs and their application does nothing to get rid of them. We had a fast talking sales person whose name is *****. My husband was in the backyard doing gardening and I was in front of our house by the lake gardening when ***** walked up to me. He proceeded talking about Eco Shields program and how eco friendly they are and that we would be rid of bugs after the 2nd application. I'm reaching out to you to help with canceling our contract because this company is a fraud and future customers need to be warned. I will also post this on Our Neighborhood Marketplace so no one else gets caught up in this scheme. Our lake picnic is this Saturday and I will let other people know what this company is doing so no one else signs with Eco Shield. I guess Eco Shield hasn't learned that word of mouth can either make or break a company. I thank the Better Business for their help.

    I have been trying to cancel my account and they make it very difficult. You have to call while they try to upsell you and wont take no for an answer leaving you on hold multiple times. I dont think the service is worth the money either. I still had ants and it was hard to get them to come out between scheduled services.

    I have even never done business with them but they are "in the neighborhood." The guy ignored the NO SOLICITING sign and knocked on the door, waking up my newborn AND my toddler during their naps. I quickly expressed that I didn't have any interest but the damage was already done. I don't understand how this company has so many complaints about this yet apparently don't train their people to stop this door-to-door BS and bothering people who aren't interested! You shouldn't need a "do not contact" database to leave someone alone if they already put up a sign!!!
