1 starWould never do business with again. My wife mistakenly let the door to door guy in, who turned out to be very nice. He said I could cancel at any time if I didn't like the service. I was very unimpressed. I'm not sure what they actually did each time they came but I had to have repeat services for all of it, several times, and still got nothing. They failed to reduce mosquitos as promised and generally did very little for a lot. Cancelled this morning despite the guy repeatedly offering me more free services, reduced monthly charge, offering to come back again if necessary, etc. He finally got it, just cancel my service! On the plus side, they have been super responsive via email and text messages. But they never did anything that I wanted and I saw no difference in pests before or after they came. Avoid at all costs and do not open your door! He said all my neighbors had them... I think if they did, they have cancelled also. Very poor service.

1 starCompany must teach their sales staff how to deceive customers for a sale. On multiple occasions i have had salesmen knock on my door and tell me that they have a deal as my neighbors are already using them. They used my neighbors by name. I came to find out that none of my neighbors use them AND the salesman was using my name to my neighbors when i never used them. Company uses lies as part of their core sales pitch and should be investigated.

1 starGreat initial sales guy that came to the house, but actual service was trash. Pests weren't handled as promised, nests not removed, bait traps in wrong location and tech just disappeared after initial service. Didn't even tell me what he did, probably because it wasn't everything he was supposed to. Super unprofessional! I cancelled service after initial experience, then get hit with some BS cancellation fee. I paid for services rendered. Then was threatened with the new balance being sent to collections. **************** had zero interest in waiving that fee, so I'm out $400 to find out what a trash company this is and now I get to write a bad review and tell everyone I come in contact with my experience with the company. I'm a small business owner and it's pretty obvious to me these people don't actually care about customers.

1 starThey lied to us and said we could cancel at any time and that's not the case at all. They put us in a year long contract and we can not cancel. They wont let you talk to anyone either. Their services are not good at all. We still have bugs !!!They don't even even deserve a star at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! They can go to h***

1 starThe worst company. The guys who come to your door just lie to you. They told me I could cancel anytime and then charged me $250 after I argued with them about cancelling.

1 starTerrible company. The service (touted by the salesperson) was spotty, at best. The technician sprayed, marginally (but not well), and told *me* (the customer) that I would have to handle any pests that don't get managed by the spray (mice, larger insects, bees, etc.). That is not what the salesperson said. Rather, the salesperson claimed the service was "great" and "effective" and "we'll take care of everything". Then, when I asked the technician to set a mouse trap in the garage, he handed me the trap and told me to do it. To make matters worse, the company charges a cancellation fee that costs more than the treatment/service. That information is on the signup agreement (but quickly brushed over by the salesperson), and is completely unprofessional. This is just a ploy to make more money (*not* provide better service).Do yourself a favor: Get a bottle of insect killer from HomeDepot, and spray around the home, windows, doors, etc. by yourself (or get an enterprising Youth from your neighborhood to do it for you). EcoShield is criminally incompetent.

1 starI have a locked gate in back so requested from start to let me know WHEN u r coming since I can't choose/schedule. Sometimes I would get an email but often it was a call 'tech is on his way' OR 'tech is at your door' Well, I am not home , , , when you call to gripe they say 'we will mark your file to email a week in advance, then call 3 days before - heard that for ********** NEVER happened. Also offered free service to make up for that - only did that once b/c it is not worth the hassle dealing w/them. Thought the June 2025 treatment was free b/c the 'dispute resolution specialist' said it was & he would email me to confirm That's been almost a month - surprise - NO EMAIL' & now they are going to turn me over to collections for not paying June. I will likely pay at last minute to avoid that. They do not listen when you -call - they have a script & just keep repeating the same thing. My advice to anyone considering this company - RUN FAR AWAY ! ! ! ! Buy a can of RAID. I like the idea of no chemicals, but this company is toxic

1 starEcoShield Pest Solutions quoted me over $26,000 for exterior and interior work to remove and replace insulation and disinfect my attic, claiming I had a severe mouse infestation. In reality, they completely missed a huge yellowjacket nest that was causing the real damage. Very disappointed with their misdiagnosis and overpriced estimate.

1 starThese people hit the town of **********, ******* summer of 2025. My 82 year old mother was at home alone. She signed up. My mother has no access to any computer or internet and she is not tech savvy at all. She was not able to get on a website and see all of these horrible reviews. She didn't need a pest control company anyway. The first thing I had her do was to get a new debit card and change her banking information. She keeps getting threatening messages that she owes them $250 for a cancellation fee. I think they showed up at her house to spray one time. They charged her $189 for this one time and mom said they were at her house less than six minutes and she never saw them do one thing. I am telling you people watch your elderly people. Don't get scammed by these fly by night companies. True bug people don't go around door to door selling pest control. In my opinion they are the biggest pests of all. Is it even legal to prey on the elderly? This morning I had to make a call myself. Of course I got somebody who couldn't speak English very well. I asked her to switch me to somebody who handled the state of ******* and they weren't much better. I clearly informed them they are to never step foot on my mom's property again and they are to stop sending her threatening text messages. We won't be paying them $250 for nothing. They done stole $189 from her and if I could have I would have gotten that one stopped as well. Arab people they are the bug people. Either that or buy your own mix and spray yourself. There are countless complaints here on the BBB and on the ******** page. It is awful that this company is out there scamming innocent people. So what does the BBB do anyway just let people be aware of the horrible companies out there? I don't get it. Oh and Eco Shield you need not respond I could care less what you have to say. You are a joke.
