1 starRepresentatives are friendly but be cautious. They have you initial statements on an iPad and breeze over the explanation of what you're signing. Before signing up, read each statement since you are agreeing to things you may not realize. Total annual cost of treatment is astronomical and the quick-talking salesperson doesn't make this clear. The cancelation fee is ridiculous. I do not recommend.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

4 starsOur techs today were very personable and professional. They really knew what they were talking about when I showed them some weird bugs I'd never seen before. They took down all the wasp nests, put powder up to get rid of my ********* bee problem. They also found a bunch of wasp nests I had not seen and took them all out as well.The techs were extremely careful with the cats and sprayed under the radiators so the cats would not get the solution on their feet.I thought they did a good job, I guess folks only come here to make negative reviews. 1 starThe representatives of this organization are extremely shady. Yesterday, they had a guy going through our neighborhood in **********. He wasn't going up and talking to people at their doors. He would stand in the yard and mess with your grass until someone came out and asked him what he was doing. Even though many yards were marked from recent treatments, he stood in them and started messing with the yard. In several cases, he bend down and supposedly "grabbed" an ant and then tried to show the home owners they had ants in their yard and tried to push his treatment on them. Multiple people in the neighborhood reported him to the neighborhood watch, warned everyone on the community ********* and are discussing police reports in case he infested their lawns with someone. Common courtesy and respect for someone's home is to stay off the grass and use the sidewalks, knock on the door, and explain why you are on their property. This guy, probably out of the ************* since it is closest to Canton, was shady, snarky, rude, and made multiple home owners feel unsafe. With this being the representatives they are sending out into the community, I am terrified to know what the ones doing the work do to your yard or house. Great customer service starts with respect and this organization has zero respect for the home owner and their property.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starPaid $120 for them to come out and spray around my house. Les than a week later I found ants swarming all over my window ***** inside and out. Finally got them under control, but bothered my asthma and made one of the dogs sick I'll not let them backEcoshield Pest Solutions

We have never had less than 5 star technicians but this guy went above and beyond to make sure all of our ********* Bee nests were taken care of. 1 starI am not surprised to see the litany of negative reviews about this company. I have turned their door-to-door salesmen on two separate days in about three months. Today, the guy returned to try a second time, only with a colleague. They struck me as shady and insincere. Also, a few days ago I noticed a strange gash that was seemingly dug into the ground of my front yard through my gravel with a hoe or similar tool. At first I thought it was from a rodent but it didnt actually go into a hole. I filled it and covered it up. Then today it reappeared in the same place, the same day I get two unwelcome visits from this company. I am not saying it was them. But I asked the guys if they treated my property without my permission and they said maybe it was a vole like they had a handy pest control solution for my mysterious problem. BEWARE. Use ****** and/or Angies List or credible reviews to find a pest control company to rely on.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starI agree with many of the negative statements about this company. I was also told you could cancel at any time, but the contract says differently. They lie and dissemble to sign you up and their products actually drive the pests inside our home. They prey on the fears of the elderly in my neighborhood and then lock them into services that they dont need. Its too bad that the BBB doesnt actually do anything to stop shady business practices. 3 starsEcoShields service is pretty standard, though the price seems very high to me, especially for a townhome with minimal outer wall length. I appreciate being able to call for free in between service extermination when having issues. However, I saw no benefit over their service than when I treated my house myself with Home Defense twice per year. Plus, when I tried cancelling my service after my one-year contract lapsed, they called and harassed me to try and get me to stay as a customer. Very unprofessional! Recommend you stay away and spend $40/year to treat your house yourself.Ecoshield Pest Solutions
