1 starThe door to door sales technicians are so aggressive that ************************** has a notice to call 9-1-1 if they are approached by a technician. They have trespassed on property, made threats, tried to engage with minors as a tactic to get an adult to engage instead. They are a serious risk to the safety of themselves and homeowners.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

5 starsWe purchased a subscription from this company and we discovered a hornet's nest and in between their visits and when we called them they sent someone out the next day and they took care of this wasp problem we had and got rid of the nest and sprayed and everything at no charge so they went above and beyond for us.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starA sales representative came to my house on June 14, 2023 and spoke to my daughter. She pointed out the NO SOLICITING sign in our door. The salesman replies, Oh, Im not soliciting. Im your neighbors bug guy and wanted to talk to you guys a little bit.My daughter closed the door. A few hours later, HE CAME BACK, banged on the door and rang the door bell. According to Glendale code, the first offense is a civil offense. The second is a felony. I will be pressing charges if they come back. Our neighbors have all complained about this same salesman, that he is rude, pushy, and wont take no for an answer.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starOne of their doorknockers came to my door and when I did not answer he knocked and rang my door **** repeatedly. I even came to the door and said no and walked away.. He continued to ring my door bell causing my dogs to go ballistic.. I asked him to leave and until I threatened him he continued to ring my door ****. I would not hire this company to spray the bugs off of the window on my vehicle.. 1 starA sales representative came to my door uninvited on 6/7 in a situation where the wildfire smoke carried down from ****** was causing an AQI of 360+, which is hazardous to human health. He used my neighbors' names to solicit my business without their knowledge or consent. I was mildly curious about costs so we spoke about a quote, which I ultimately politely declined. He proceeded to be pushy and refused to take my "no" for an answer, then proceeded to try to emotionally manipulate me into committing on the spot to a 12 month contract on the grounds that he 'just needed one more house' and if I signed up he would be able to get out of the smoke, implying that my refusal was actively endangering his personal health.This is an outrageously unethical sales tactic and, if it is an accurate complaint on his part, the company itself is outrageously unethical for forcing employees to work outdoors in environmental conditions hazardous to their employees' health. EcoShield's website claims that their sales reps are not pushy, aggressive, or manipulative; I experienced the opposite. When I phoned their customer service line today to seek an apology and notify the company of unethical sales practices, I spoke with a man who minimized and mischaracterized my complaints, never asked me for information about the sales rep that I interacted with, and, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, put me on hold for about a minute and then pretended to be his own supervisor. This customer service rep also continuously called me "ma'am" after being corrected no less than three times that I am male, not female.I have informed my neighbors of these issues and they say they will be canceling their service.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starOn 6-5-2023 a gentleman elected to trespass and solicit by walking directly up to me and begin the selling game. I offered to him the idea that he passed a sign directly stating "No trespassing for any purpose". He told me "I didn't see that", indicating the sign itself possibly he did not see. Violating signage clearly posted and strolling 200 feet up to me is just plain disrespectful. I sent an email to the only form available to me; an appointment page...I'm not going to call, I have faith I will get 'phone tag runaround' as so many companies offer these days. Eco shield gets a big fat juicy "Forever NO". The posted signage also says "Camera's in use", hopefully that part will discourage this company developing a pattern of behavior and elect not to show up again. 1 starI am extremely upset with your customer service, or lack of. I had been trying to call and schedule a touch up for 2 weeks. Could not get thru on phone line and my messages never got returned. I finally got thru to someone, scheduled something, and the day of the service, they sent a message cancelling it. So once again, took forever to get thru and tell you I want to cancel. Now youre sending me a bill for $250 and they send me to collection.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 star***************** Send these people away! Don't even talk to them! This company destroyed my herbal business. This show up whenever they feel like it and Bill you $200. It doesn't matter if you have canceled the service or not. It doesn't matter if it's time for your service or not, they just show up, do God knows what, and leave. I had someone show up to do a service that I had not agreed to, he ran a broom around my door frame and they charged me $200!They showed up and performed a service that I had canceled, charged me for it, rescinded the charge because I had canceled the appointment, and now I got a letter from a bill collector. They put me in collections for the service that was canceled! They also want $318 as a cancellation fee because I didn't keep the service. They were the ones violating the contract constantly. I had, yes HAD an herbal business. I don't know what they sprayed where, because they showed up when they weren't supposed to, and it put me out of business. I don't know what they sprayed, so now I can no longer offer herbal medicines to my community. I told the collections agency to have them take me to court because I would be thrilled to go to court.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starSigned up with a guy who came to my door. He seemed legit as did the product he was selling. First service came, everything went fine. 2nd service came, and my wife had lost her job and money had been tight so I said I needed to reschedule. They told me don't worry, we can service your property and you can pay when convenient. 3rd service, wife's still out of work, bills are even tighter at the moment so I told them we can't do it right now and I'll have to get to them when I'm ready. Get an email today that the service technician had come by and serviced my property while I was at work and charged me $150. This is not how you do business. 1 starOMGosh, the frustration is unbelievable!!!! I truly have spent hours on the phone (approx 40mins at a time) trying to get the most recent charge of $125.00 refunded. They said they provided service on April 20, 2023. I disputed that because I was there all day with my grandchildren, NO ONE ever came to my home. This story is waaay too long to share all of the details, but if you try to call them, you get personal in ***************. There is NO way to speak to someone at the local office in ********* ** or the corporate office in ******** **, you always get transferred to someone in ***************. I was promised a call back but they never returned a call. * You would figure they'd leave a tag/card/note on the door to let you know they were there * They are supposed to notify me to confirm I'll be at the home (this is a part-time home for **).Ecoshield Pest Solutions
