1 starEcoshield Pest Solutions is the worst company I have dealt with. I have asked them to stop emailing, texting or calling me repeatedly. I also asked them verbally last week not to communicate with me and do not come to my home for any service. I do NOT want their services. It was lousy and I still have spiders, ants and water bugs. Ecoshield people are relentless. The female I spoke with today would not listen to me, instead she kept trying to up sell me their products and services. My agreement ended with Ecoshield Pest Solutions 05/07/2023. I have my original document that I agreed to and I know my rights as a consumer. Their representative just called again from *************** and she could not be understood. The harassment is unbelievable. Stay clear of this company.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starSales person came by 3 times to my front door with a no soliciting sign clearly displayed, then another when i was grabbing mail and my trash cans. Sales person proceeded to follow me up to my garage and when I told them no I have a pest control service already, kept insisting they service my neighborhood. I can tell you for a fact, nobody where on my street uses this company. I would think the sales person would take my lack of interest as a sign but obviously my non verbal ques were not good enough so it caused them to again come by a 4th time where I then had to become yell at them to leave my property as they are now trespassing. Never have I had such aggressive and relentless solicitor interaction. I will be calling all my neighbors to NOT use this service at all and will be calling the ************* location.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starI am an easy sell when it comes to young college bound students trying to earn money for the summer, but I sure wish Id looked up this business on the BBB website before I put my signature on the contract. There will not be another contract, but at least we have some pest control for a year. Live and learn, I guess.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starTerrible customer service! I waited on hold forever after pressing option 1. Finally, someone answered but their English was so bad I could barely understand HER! I needed to change my appointment to the following week which to my understanding was all good to go. Low and behold they show up the next day, my gate to the back yard was locked so only my front yard was done and they have the ***** to charge me full price! The Technician was here for all but about 5 minutes which is confirmed by my security cameras, and you want to charge me ****** bucks? I gladly paid them half since all I got was half service, but they are still hounding me for the other half. Luckily my contract with them is done so I did not renew and even then, when I called to discontinue service, it was hard to do because I waited on hold for a while, the person on the other end did not speak very good English, this time it was a male.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starThey don't deserve the one star that had to be given. Don't use this company. They serviced my neighbor's house, took a picture of his house and his address and sent to my email. I called to let them know they serviced the wrong house, they have been calling, texting, emailing, sending letters in the mail asking for payment. Each time I have called and explained that no service was done at my house. Every time I speak with someone else they assure me they will take care of it. They have yet to do so and it has been 2 months. They are disorganized and don't understand how to handle a simple matter.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

2 starsThe insecticide product they use is good/effective. However their treatment is ineffective. Ive used them for a year and still have healthy scorpions and cockroaches in the house. I suspect the two reasons Ecoshield is ineffective are: (1) Treatments are too infrequent; and (2) Application is not thorough enoughEcoshield Pest Solutions

1 starDon"t let them in. They are a scam company and will lie to you. If you contract for a phony trail service you will be told you signed a yearly service contract and bill you a cancellation fee if you try to cancel. This corporation needs to be shut down. 1 starI dont even want to give them one star! I have canceled their service twice now, and they have called and called asking me to keep their service by saying they will lower their price down to less than 1/4 what they were billing me, but it does not work! Now they are claiming they treated my yard again, even after the second time I canceled it, and that I owe them for it. However, my gate is always locked and there is no way they can get in to treat itif they ever even came by! Now they sent a 24 month agreement that has some bogus signature on it and they are threatening to ruin my credit if I dont pay them! Their ************ barely do the job and when I tried to cancel because of lack of service they charged me a $150 early cancellation fee for them not performing their job properly.
