    Said they came and sprayed inside and outside. I was home at the time. Subsequently I asked to terminate my contract because they lied about being in my home and performing the service. Not only would they not cancel my contract, they said I was the liar. They sent me to collections. Worst company EVER!

    Overpriced, contract forces you to pay for repetitive services at full price and force you to pay 200 dollars to get out of the contract. This company is absolutely terrible, stay away from them.

    Beware, they are just out to get your money. High pressure (an understatement) sales rep comes to my door and hustles me into signing up for their spider service on-site, doesn't give me time to think it over, pressures me to sign then.They come out 3 different times and I swear we had more spiders. Call to tell them the service doesn't work at all, and am told no one has the authority to cancel my contract, out on hold for hours. Their tactics are straight up timeshare, maybe worse. their service did not work and it ya dishonest to refuse to cancel a contract for a service that DOES NOT WORK, at all, and they still expected me to pay for it. Their customer service people were awful. BEWARE. These folks are the worst. Dont walk, run.

    Stay away!!! Pushy sales, expensive, overseas ***** **** and constant harassment. If you enjoy all of this feel free to sign up. Otherwise stick with someone local and help an honest hardworking business.

    Terrible company, horrible customer service. Sales person told so many lies I can't list them all. Charged me for a service that wasn't performed and would not refund my money. Had to stop any future payments with my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

    Ecoshield pest promised great service but was the worst. Door to door salesman pointed out some spider webs on a couple windows above my front door and said he would have serviceman clean off and put some pest crystals on ledge so spiders would not come back. That still has not been done after several visits. One of the servicemen insulted my wife when I was not there. I would have thrown him out if I was home. ******** also told me I could move the service anytime, but when I tried to do that the customer service told me I could not? and now they sent me a bill for $200 after I wanted to end service! Stay away from this company.

    This company is the worst company I have used for pest control. They cancel appointments, not sure they are really spraying much because, I have so many bugs in and outside of my house. I cannot reach a supervisor or manager to cancel my plan due to they are not holding up to their end of the contract, but don't want to be charged for not holding up to mine. I feel like every time I call I just get the run around, I was told at 8:30 in the morning it's to early to have a supervisor, I requested a call back 7 days later no call. I call back and a supervisor isn't available but they will flag my account to get a call back since I requested a call back. I asked why wasn't I flagged a week ago, and she said the customer service person wasn't able to flag my account. No consistency at all with this company other than it is a sinking ship.

    This is by far the worst company ever. I ordered a service to have the flies removed from my backyard. I was told by ********* that if I ordered the service I would have the wasp nest on my front porch removed. Unfortunately, ********* did not come out and remove the wasp's nest. I called the office requesting a refund and a manager and was told a manager would get back to me within 24 hours and never did. After about a week I called the office back and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Fyi, please stay away from this company as they do not fulfill their obligations. please watch out for *********- ************* He is a total scammer and does not do what he says he will do. 125 dollars wasted. smh!!!! this rating is 0 stars, but unfortunately, I have to give them 1 star

    Do not walk, RUN away from this service as fast as you can. Their door to door salesman was misleading and promised services they cannot provide, specifically the treatment of ******** Beetles, which I later learned they DO NOT treat for. When I tried to get out of the contract due to being lied to, it was the WORST customer service experience Ive ever had. I could not contact the local office and was always routed to a customer care and support center that neither cared for nor supported their customers. I tried calling DAILY, and was given the run around every single time. The local office does not communicate with their care center, and I was told multiple times that management was unavailable. I have formally requested to cancel my contract and Im still awaiting a response from management. If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are awful!! Do not use the them. If one of their people comes to your door run the other direction.
