    This company no showed an appointment at my house on 12/9, but still charged my credit card and fought my dispute. They then did not show up for consecutive appointments on 4/14 and 5/19 causing me to incur personal expenses for the services never provided so I informed them that our contract is null given their inability to provide the services promised . They then tried to bully me with texts, emails, letters, and calls about sending my account to collections. Awful, unethical company, which attacks with you billing and offers little to no value.

    Stay the h*** away! Terrible business model, more like a scam syndicate, I said I wanted only two treatments, sales person ropes you in tells you you can cancel at any time, over priced, when you try to cancel customer service trys to sell you more treatments at $30 off, then they let you know your contract says theres a cancellation fee. Theyre scamming people for hundreds of dollars at a time. Should be put out of business. Need a class action lawsuit

    As others have said, I have several wishes: I wish I had read the reviews, i wish I could leave zero stars, I wish the salesman wasnt so aggressive and dishonest, I wish their product worked and I wish I hadnt wasted so much money. Got the same We do work for your neighbor pitch. The $150 cancellation fee was glossed over and presented as a discount. When I tried to cancel and objected to the fee I was told that if I didnt pay it, they would send it to collections. The person I talked to stayed on a script and it was like she wasnt listening at all. The first visit, I watched as tech removed a wasps nest and treated the front and back of my (interior unit) townhome. Second visit, tech only treated the front. Called the company and was told they would be happy to come and RE-treat. Problem was, they never treated the back! Wasps came back. I took care of it. Had a problem with ants. I took care of it in an ecologically sound way for less than $10. So Im out $450 for the removal of one small wasps nest. I am sharing my experience on every platform I can in the hopes that it can save someone else from this horrible fate.

    Avoid this company at all cost. Had a pest control company for over two years and no issue. Sales guy came to my house and did an amazing door pitch but sadly there actual pest control services is bad. 45 days later I had all sort of bugs inside the house and my newborn baby had all this bugs in her face one morning. Never had an issue with the previous company and once Ecoshield took over everything was a mess. Shame on me for not reading this awful reviews before switching over. Now they dare to call me to charge me for cancelling the contract? Are you kidding me? I already paid the 1 and only service you gave me. I need a refund and you believe you could charge me for early cancellation?

    This entire operation is a scam. The salesperson/technician who came by never discussed signing a contract nor did he have any materials I could review. All he told me was that he needed my signature for a credit card authorization for the initial trial service for the property. I was NOT told I was signing a two year contract. Then the staff who provided the service that day barely sprayed the place either due to laziness or incompetence. When I tried to cancel, the account manager kept dropping the price and contract tenure via emails (that I kept) to try to make me stay as a customer which indicates that the actual cost of service is not accurate. They are completely unethical and have no problem abiding by fraudulent practices in getting you to sign a contract without actually telling you that you are signing a contract. No legit business conducts themselves in this manner, so avoid them at all costs. I plan on providing this review across all platforms and will inform our HOA.
