    ***************** Send these people away! Don't even talk to them! This company destroyed my herbal business. This show up whenever they feel like it and Bill you $200. It doesn't matter if you have canceled the service or not. It doesn't matter if it's time for your service or not, they just show up, do God knows what, and leave. I had someone show up to do a service that I had not agreed to, he ran a broom around my door frame and they charged me $200!They showed up and performed a service that I had canceled, charged me for it, rescinded the charge because I had canceled the appointment, and now I got a letter from a bill collector. They put me in collections for the service that was canceled! They also want $318 as a cancellation fee because I didn't keep the service. They were the ones violating the contract constantly. I had, yes HAD an herbal business. I don't know what they sprayed where, because they showed up when they weren't supposed to, and it put me out of business. I don't know what they sprayed, so now I can no longer offer herbal medicines to my community. I told the collections agency to have them take me to court because I would be thrilled to go to court.

    Signed up with a guy who came to my door. He seemed legit as did the product he was selling. First service came, everything went fine. 2nd service came, and my wife had lost her job and money had been tight so I said I needed to reschedule. They told me don't worry, we can service your property and you can pay when convenient. 3rd service, wife's still out of work, bills are even tighter at the moment so I told them we can't do it right now and I'll have to get to them when I'm ready. Get an email today that the service technician had come by and serviced my property while I was at work and charged me $150. This is not how you do business. And when you call, no one speaks a lick of English....... Do not trust these guys

    Paid $120 for them to come out and spray around my house. Les than a week later I found ants swarming all over my window ***** inside and out. Finally got them under control, but bothered my asthma and made one of the dogs sick I'll not let them back

    I had very bad experience with Ecoshield Pest Solutions. I had 4 services and there are still lots of ants in my house. It is very hard to cancel your account too.

    We had *********************** as ************** today and he another great employee of EcoShield. We have never had less than 5 star technicians but this guy went above and beyond to make sure all of our ********* Bee nests were taken care of. This guy even chased after a few Queen **** to make sure they died instantly. If anyone is in need of. ************* services this is the place to call.

    EcoShields service is pretty standard, though the price seems very high to me, especially for a townhome with minimal outer wall length. I appreciate being able to call for free in between service extermination when having issues. However, I saw no benefit over their service than when I treated my house myself with Home Defense twice per year. Plus, when I tried cancelling my service after my one-year contract lapsed, they called and harassed me to try and get me to stay as a customer. Very unprofessional! Recommend you stay away and spend $40/year to treat your house yourself.

    Be very cautious. I was told that you could stop service at anytime by the young man who signed me up. This was a lie. It is a one year contract. Scheduling an inside treatment was very inconvenient (4 hour slot and they came right at the end of that period after I waited all day). Also, when my year was up and I terminated services, it took 15 minutes with a sales person who was refusing to allow me to discontinue. I finally asked to talk with a manager and had to get a bit ugly, but was able to terminate. I do not recommend this company.

    These people come to my house and i have a do not solicit on my front door. I ignored the knock and they came back 3 times. Its sort of ridiculous how aggressive they are and the fact that i dont want their services. I am i covered in the aspect of what they are trying to sell. please dont do door to door sales and come by four times to a home. thanks ** i am not interested.

    DO NOT use this company, contract is BS, once you sign up you are locked in, and canceling is almost impossible. The service they provide is basically sweeping some spider webs and sprinkle some dust around the outside of your house. I saw really no improvement in pests. I was told each time I tried to cancel I would have to pay a huge fee. They promised to lower the rate and then charged me the full amount anyway. When I called about the overcharge they stated I should see a refund on my card. Nothing...Worst decision I ever made. True Scam. I wish I had checked their reviews first.
