    this is the worse decision i ever made. they started in April to try and get rid of an ant problem...the first visit they moved all my deck furniture and left the deck a mess.. the treatment didnt work they comeback for a touch up, that didnt work... this nonscience went on till July and nothing got better, now the ants were in my house.. i told them i want the service stopped and they refused, they said i was under contract and would have to pay a step cancellation fee.... my credit card company tried to get me out of the deal and here it is NOV 20 and i got a bill for ******.. i called them and they would not cancel the bill...this is nothing but a rip off.. dont let these crocks in your house....

    I am so frustrated by this company. I was excited to get behind a local veteran-owned company. I have given multiple chances but the continuing of promises not met, and services not completed I can not continue with this company. They broke the contract by not completing work as stated, I gave them another chance as they pleaded with me to try again and one month later we were back with those issues. I am being charged $150 to cancel, even though they do not follow through on services. The amount of time I have spent on the phone trying to get the correct service or trying to cancel is not ok. I am disappointed in this local company and disappointed that they would still charge a cancelation fee in this way. I do not recommend this company for pest control services.

    A worse company, their treatment is not good. Please stay away from these people acting like thieves. They will rip off money from you. Last month I tried to cancel the service because treatment was poor. One guy told me that I was in a contract and one more service needed to end that period. I was allowed to do that because the payment for service was a little less than the penalty. After the service I called them to cancel the service then one lady picked up the call and repeated the same story about the contract "blah blah blah". I learned that this would be their regular way to steal money. I am warning you "Don't go for this service, it's a trap". They may remove this post from the page, but I will make sure it will populate every day.If there is a choice to put 0 stars I will give that score..

    the first day a guy came to see if I needed a pest control said I didn't think so he asked could he take a look around outside and came back with pics of bees nest here and there which I have had a problem for many yrs said he could spray them and get rid of them said good but he said I needed to initial an ok to come back in a month and do the job I said ok good - they did come and I paid for it -then 2 months later they said they were coming back and I said no - that I could not afford it they said they would give me discount again like a jerk I said ok but that is it - then 2 months later here we go again and I call and said do not want you back want to cancel the service they told me I could not do that because I had signed a contract - which I never did - only the initials to ok the first month spray - I keep getting e-mails from them signed by ***** saying I should discuss why I don't want the service repeatedly made calls to them spoke to at least 4 diff.people who said I cannot drop svc or It will cost me $400.00 I said are you crazy - I want to talk to this ***** who keeps wanting to know what the problem is but to no avail - I also asked to see the contract I supposedly signed have never rec'd one its a scam very unhappy at the way I have been treated and I'm 81 and have never experienced anything like this plus they keep changing the price every month said they would go from 2 yr contract to 1 yr if I just finish out next 4 visits - I said don't you understand Im on a fixed income cannot afford you and you are causing me to be sick over this -it's disgusting they way they have treated me and was totally mislead - I initial to spray the lst month bees away not my life savings on this company - they are very unprofessional and don't care about their customers and feel I was really taken advantage of and do not recommend anyone getting involved with them -scam people I hope you can help me understand this whole mess

    This company made me sign a contract, and charged $150 for the first service. I dont believe this company did ANYTHING to detour insects. I had more insects (especially ants) after they treated my house, than ever before. My son and I actually joked that they mustve brought extra insects to our home. If you try to cancel, they make it so difficult, and transfer you to several different people. After all my complaints, and trying to cancel, I was still told that they would continue to come to my home and treat it. I finally had to tell ******* that if they stepped foot on my property, I would call the police. He backed off, and said I would still have to pay the $150 for canceling. People, DO NOT use this company!!! They are not legit. They will also lie to you, and tell you several of your neighbors are using them. That proved to not be true. Beware of Eco-Shield!!!

    This business should be taken off the market. I signed at the door. I should never have done that. After a few times of service, which was putting up a box, probably with rat poisening, they left. They cameback a couple of times, I guess to check, but never told me the result. Because my finances were getting low, I canceled, and gave them the lack of money as my reason. They wouldn't accept my cancellation, but kept on pesting me with writing and calling. They tried to convince me in continuing their service. The conversation became so bad that I just hung up.Now they ask me for $ ****** to pay. No reason what for. I denied.These are robber manners.Stay away from them!

    Do not sign up for Ecoshield Pest Solutions services.....I was told the insect problem would get worse for the first two weeks but then improve. Then told I would be contacted to check on the progress of my pest problem, this never happened. Even at a month and a half I was still not contacted and did not see any reduction in the pest problem. So I cancelled Ecoshield's services and I was charged $****** to payback for the initial discount I was given when I signed up for services. I was not told about this fee when I signed up, I was told I this was a promotional price, handed a phone and told to sign so they could start services. I regret ever signing up for Ecoshield services, I ended up paying over $300.00 total, for first payment and then cancelation fee. Do not use Eco Shield, they are all about the $$....only interested in getting their sticky hands in your wallet. They say their services are guaranteed but do not tell you the guarantee is honored only if you continue with their services. You cannot cancel services without a ****** charge, Ecoshield is a total rip off. I am beyond unhappy with them.

    Worst Pest control company ever!! Stay away from them, you will regret signing any forms. They cheat and steal your money even though you cancel right away. They stole $537 , kept taking payments from my account even though I cancel specifically same week because I was not happy with the service. They kept making appointments and supposely coming to my house when ***** was home. I tried to dispute the charges thru my back, this has been such a nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!!

    Very deceiving. During a one hour conversation with the representative, he gave me a price of $180 for a full year which included seven treatments. Within that our conversation I repeated it's only $180 for seven sessions? He replied, yes, all three times. at the end of the conversation I said so no more payments will be required? It's $180 upfront and I'm covered for one year? He said yes. Now they want to charge us $180 every two months. Also, they said we signed a two-year contract which I have no copy of. They don't give paper copies. The representative just scrolled through his iPad. Having us sign each section without leaving a paper copy. Beware of this Company. Scammers.
