Now they are charging me again because I signed up for a subscription, which it was no where on there site saying this. I called them and they said I could not cancel the order as it shipped already, which I did not get a confirmation of said shipment. I told them to cancel the subscription which they finally did. I told them I would be returning both shipments, they said I had to call back to get return instructions that they could not do it right now. Then they proceeded to tell me it would only be a 50% of my money back. Which I think is not a very good business practice, if it's even a legitimate business. Thank you

I purchased miniatures from punga miniatures on 16 May 23 using my TD Bank Debit Visa via https://pungaminiatures.com/ through their standard storefront. I attempted to cancel the order on 18 May 23 using the email provided for contact on the receipt "[email protected]" but I didn't receive a response. I attempted multiple times using the contact form on Punga's website and finally got a response on 2 June 23. I was told it was too late. I received the wrong order on 11 June 23 from a "distributor company" fellowship games. I sent out a mass email to all addresses collected throughout this process ([email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]) informing them the wrong order was sent, and that I have tried to cancel the order almost a month before receiving it. I was told it was a miscommunication between the two companies and that a refund would be issued to a Paypal address of my choice. I'm sitting here 6 July 23 and no one will respond to me, and I have not received my refund.

I was researching swing sets for my children and came across this website. Since it was a great price I went to purchase a swing set. When checking out I used Paypal. When I went to submit it stated "All profit will be donated to Ukraine." I thought this was strange but still hit submit. They took 88.91 US dollars out of my paypal account and it said "donation." I never received a confirmation email for the swing set. So I emailed the address listed on the website and it said address not found. There is no way to contact anyone from this website. Then I noticed some spelling errors on this website. So it is definitely a scam.

I purchased a product on a website that looked ok, paying with paypal. I received not confirmation, couldn't create an account on the website, received no product. I emailed the email on the paypal receipt and contacted the customer service email on the website many times without response. When I contacted paypal they reached the seller (Amanda Cook, [email protected]) who provided a tracking number. The tracking number was not for a package addressed to me, but it did show a delivery to my town. Paypal originally sided with the seller because there was a tracking number showing delivery. When I persisted with paypal they called UPS and confirmed the tracking number corresponded with a different delivery recipient and different delivery address. It appears someone has access to UPS tracking numbers by city and is using it to pretend to deliver products - It took a lot of persistence to prove the "proof of delivery" was not proof of delivery to me. I don't know who to report the fake website to or who to inform that UPS tracking numbers are able to be used in this way. I'm hoping this is useful to you so other people can be helped. Thank you

I saw an ad on Facebook for cheap planter beds and was interested. I decided to purchase 1 planter bed as the company advertised that it was made in the US and customers would receive their item within 14 days of shipping. Two months later, nothing. When I contacted them at the end of May because my package was stuck in California, they "submitted a claim" and suddenly the package was found and started moving again. Apparently the package was supposedly delivered 3-4 days after they submitted their claim. That's when I realized I was scammed. I contacted them again because I didnt recieve anything although they claim it was "delivered". They claimed that the package was "delivered and to check with my neighbors and postal office id I didn't receive it." They said they "sent the wrong item (3D glasses)" and that I need to "find the package and return it to them so they can send me the correct item". It's been almost 2 months and they are refusing to refund me because "the package was delivered, and I need to find it to send it back to them first". I know im not the only one who fell for this and hope that they will be stopped so no one else falls victim to this scam. I am currently disputing this charge with my bank.

Right after i clicked purchase, I received a text from my credit card company to confirm the purchase amount - that was when I knew it was a scam. I immediately contacted the company to cancel my order and refund me. They purposely took time to repsond to me and asked why I wanted to cancel and then proceeded to say the products i ordered were "already shipped". The tracking information said my package was sent to California, across the country from where I am. Silence since then. I know I'm not the only one who fell for this scam. I am currently disputing this with my credit card company.

I have not received a refund as of yet.

No mention of brooks brothers in the registration for the domain. I called my credit card to cancel the transaction but now i feel bad the scammers have my info. Your company is giving cover for these scammers by giving sav.com llc a listing and calling it "certified". do better bbb.

I know it’s bogus because i order from vineyard vines and the charge is always showing as vineyard vines

This person has a website claiming to sell papillon puppies. My sister reached out to them via email and they said they would ship the puppy to her. There is no contact information on their website other than a "contact us" tab that allows you to send your information to them for them to reach out to you. Once they communicated by email several times and she agreed to purchase the puppy, they sent her a contract to sign and asked her to wire the money from her bank. This is the only method of payment they would accept. They also told her to tell her bank that she was sending the money to a family member as the bank would probably reject the transaction if she told them it was to purchase a pet due to widespread scams. Once she told them she was not comfortable sending the money this way, they stopped responding to her. The phone number on the contract they drew up also goes to a Google Voice phone number that asks you to state your name before it will connect the call. It then goes to a voicemail recording for a man with a very thick accent who does not state his name.

Ordered a $90 bouquet of flowers. Picture advertised was a huge mix of roses and mums and assorted flowers and greens. What arrived were 12 daisies that died within 3 days. When customer service was contacted via email on their website for issues with a delivery they were ignored. When they were emailed directly there were a few responses but then eventually ignored. I was advised that the supplies for the flowers I ordered were not in stock - that is a classic bait and switch scam.

In March 2023 Sam Allen Interiors posted on Instagram about interior decorating items he was selling. I zelled him the requested $135 for a painting, and despite several attempts to get the painting, never received it and requested he return the funds. He said he would return them repeatedly, but still has not as of June 2023 and has stopped responding to texts. I am attaching a pdf of many of our text messages since March, including him confirming he would return the money he stole.

Amanda is extremely unprofessional to say the least. We had two previous shoots with Amanda and had great experiences. She rescheduled our second shoot two times but we are understanding and accepted the new dates for the reschedule and the photos and experience was great. We had two more shoots booked with her, one shoot that was supposed to be on April 1st.That shoot was rescheduled again not once but twice pushed out to May. Again, very understanding and we worked our schedule out to make the shoot. We had two more upcoming shoots and which was supposed to be May 28th around 6pm. The night before she once again says she needs to reschedule for the next morning for 8am slots which was not enough notice for us and she offered a refund which we accepted and also said we were still looking forward to our shoot in June 10. She never replied to my email about the refund but I did not follow up as we had a good relationship and again, we are understanding and we trusted she would get back about the refund. Two days later we get an email thanking us for coming to out shoot (that was cancelled) and asking to leave reviews. I replied just saying I just wanted to make sure we werent marked as there by accident and that we would still be getting the refund offered and just wanted to clear up the confusion as I am sure anyone would. She immediately messaged me on facebook saying its a generated email and she gives refunds in 60-90 days (which is insane by the way). Again, I was understanding, I said thank you for clearing up the confusion and AGAIN said we couldnt wait for our photos in june. She replied again saying my message came across concerning? All photos of the conversations will be attached but she pretty much said if we didnt want her as a photographer then she can just refund june as well. I was pretty confused because the conversation to me was civil and I apologized if the tone was misconstrued as tone can be hard to interpret over text but that we were sorry it came off that way to her and I also mentioned that it she thought the situation was just soooo upsetting to her for asking questions that if she didnt think we were fit for her either then just let us know! She read it and never responded so I assumed that she understood that there was a miscommunication error and that we were good. With zero warning and once again last minute and without even emailing or messaging I got an email 6 days before our June session that our session was cancelled. Also, let me note that the session she cancelled the night before where she offered 8am slots wae because she accepted to go work a wedding and cancel all 8-10 sessions booked that night to work the wedding instead to obviously get more money and she already had all our money as you pay up front for all sessions in full. We did Christmas minis with her which were great and we paid extra for cards to be made and sent to us to get sent out in time for the holidays. We had to ask multiple times the status of our cards which we knew she physically had because she sent photos to us of them and kept giving us the run around that “theyll be shipped to you tomorrow things came up” which literally never happened. Because she never shipped out cards she had to drive them to us so we could get them shipped out and everyone didnt get their christmas cards until 2-1 days before Christmas which was super disappointing but we did not complain and still thanked her for at least driving them out during christmas week. She decided to block me for saying shes unprofessional and not having decency to give any notice and we were beyond understanding and polite until she did this 6 days before our new shoot which we had hair appointments scheduled for and our day planned around this. She double books and accepts money up front and then only does the event that pays more money. She scheduled 8 of us for photos between 5-6pm and the night before she let us know something came up when in reality she booked a wedding that same night but took all 8 of our money, didnt provide the service and did the wedding instead.

Hello, I bought an emblem at Euro Speed Trend from California on May 3, 2023. It was not the correct item, so I wanted to return. The company said, I needed to pay for shipping, so I did. I went to the Post Office and the Postmaster took care of it on May 17, 2023. I have asked, "Where is my refund", yet this man kept my money and an unopened package, so I was robbed. I'm an advocate for women's rights, so stuff like this, ticks me off. It's a small amount of money, yet this company needs to be reported because they are scamming customers. Several appointments were made. The first appointment was cancelled by them. The second appointment the business was locked and no one was there. The last appointment someone was there and she refused service. The voucher was for 1 year of service. My voucher from groupon said redeemed. I gave the voucher number to the women who scheduled my appointment so she must have redeemed it and did not note that in my file. I showed the lady proof of purchase with the email which should have provided a year's worth of service so even if the groupon was redeemed I was entitled to 9 visits (stated by the women in the office) within the next year. I paid for the service but was refused service on the third attempt after cancelled appointment and business locked on the first two attempts.

On 4/25, I purchased a Wiseant mobility scooter, advertised on Twitter or Instagram, for $50.83, using my Visa card. The payment was processed by Wintopay, and the transaction was handled by Shopmonsterus. Also, on 4/25, I received a shipment status update, with a link to Track718, showing a delivery itinerary. It reported my scooter left Shenzen, China, and made stops at the Springfield and Hartford USPS Distribution Centers, before delivery to my home, on 5/6. NO SCOOTER ARRIVED! THERE WAS A CURIOUS PACKAGE SHOWING A CALIFORNIA SHIPPING CENTER ADDRESS, WEIGHING 3 OUNCES. Hardly a 53-pound scooter! I called my bank and reported the fraud, and later received a 100% refund. Next, I dove into tracing these criminals. The CA "Shipper Center" was phony: Suite 13, on Acacia St., was located in a 10-suite building, in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. On May 15, we asked our P.O. to return the little package back, sealed. Turns out there was a second shipping label glued over the first. The bottom label had no return address info, but showed the tracking number, my name & address, USPS" and the word "necklace". The package was returned unopened. The postal worker opined that perhaps it was a scooter charm on a necklace!! I still have not found the shipper of the necklace, or its location. There is a distribution company called Drop Squad in the same building. Their phone is listed under PMG Construction. Goes to VM every time. I think the "necklace" was shipped from China and arrived here, ready for me to accept, and seal the deal. My theory is that there literally is no CA shipper. The bottom "shipping label" is an internal tracking router, affixed at Wisieant, or their Chinese affiliate (there are many). The actual shipping label was also affixed by Wisieant et al., on top. The package was then shipped out, and landed in Hartford, pre-labeled and ready for my mailbox. My research shows lots of players, stores, distributors, holding companies. Some are closed, some share the same email addresses. Names appear on Page One. Upon request, I can provide all names, addresses, emails, phone numbers and documentation and photographs. An instagram add came on my feed for Stanley cups priced at $19.99. It also had the Dicks Sporting Good logo so I assumed they were affiliated. I bought 2 cups with the total being $29.99 and later realized this was a scam site. It’s for Stanley1913us.com. I did not receive the cups.

This business states that there is a 4-week processing time. After about 6 weeks, we reached out to inquire about where the sweatshirt was/whether it shipped. There has been ZERO contact with this business owner until recently, which is 4 MONTHS after the initial purchase. After creating a TikTok calling this business out for being a scam, we received an email from a "customer service" rep (someone OTHER than the sole business owner) ensuring that the product would ship on 5/8/2023. It did NOT ship, and we requested an immediate refund. We have not heard back or been in touch with this business owner at all. She ignores months of emails and started recently ignoring direct messages on Instagram and TikTok. She actually blocks people on social media for calling her out or commenting with their experience about being scammed. There is an entire Reddit thread dedicated to this, along with 30+ complaints on BBB. This company is continuing to post and advertise their products, and more people fall victim to it every day! There is NO way to warn unsuspecting consumers because the company removes comments and blocks anyone who tries to warn others.

This business does not have a US number, though they indicated that they had been located in CA, USA (Bali, Indonesia in actuality).
