Description
I ordered an air conditioner from Factory Outlet Store 5/16/23 order#230516201529946. I received tracking #AG3488016CN from TRACK 718. I got notice from 6/15/23 them delivery status complete. The only thing I received was a small envelope with the same tracking # from Carrie Bonkiewicz 2559 Steinway St, Factory Outlet Store UK -Track718 - Variety Store HK HKG order # tracking # Charge $79.97 for Air Conditioner 230516201529946 - AG348488016CN I received a small white envelope with same tracking # from Carrie Bonkiewicz 2559 Steinway St , Queens, NY 11105 The tracking 718 states: delivery status delivered. I contacted Factory Outlet and after proving I only received an envolope. I requested a refund and they tried negotiating a return of a percentage of my refund. I have not received a refund as of yet.
