Description

I saw an ad on Facebook for cheap planter beds and was interested. I decided to purchase 1 planter bed as the company advertised that it was made in the US and customers would receive their item within 14 days of shipping. Two months later, nothing. When I contacted them at the end of May because my package was stuck in California, they "submitted a claim" and suddenly the package was found and started moving again. Apparently the package was supposedly delivered 3-4 days after they submitted their claim. That's when I realized I was scammed. I contacted them again because I didnt recieve anything although they claim it was "delivered". They claimed that the package was "delivered and to check with my neighbors and postal office id I didn't receive it." They said they "sent the wrong item (3D glasses)" and that I need to "find the package and return it to them so they can send me the correct item". It's been almost 2 months and they are refusing to refund me because "the package was delivered, and I need to find it to send it back to them first". I know im not the only one who fell for this and hope that they will be stopped so no one else falls victim to this scam. I am currently disputing this charge with my bank.
