Several appointments were made. The first appointment was cancelled by them. The second appointment the business was locked and no one was there. The last appointment someone was there and she refused service. The voucher was for 1 year of service. My voucher from groupon said redeemed. I gave the voucher number to the women who scheduled my appointment so she must have redeemed it and did not note that in my file. I showed the lady proof of purchase with the email which should have provided a year's worth of service so even if the groupon was redeemed I was entitled to 9 visits (stated by the women in the office) within the next year. I paid for the service but was refused service on the third attempt after cancelled appointment and business locked on the first two attempts.
