Description

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for stainless steel Stanley cups and was interested. Right after i clicked purchase, I received a text from my credit card company to confirm the purchase amount - that was when I knew it was a scam. I immediately contacted the company to cancel my order and refund me. They purposely took time to repsond to me and asked why I wanted to cancel and then proceeded to say the products i ordered were "already shipped". The tracking information said my package was sent to California, across the country from where I am. They did not respond to any emails that i sent them and recently reaponded saying my package was "delivered" and that i should "contact my neighbors and postal service if i havent received the package". Silence since then. I know I'm not the only one who fell for this scam. I am currently disputing this with my credit card company.
