When I walked into the store they had “Labubu” on display. The cashier saw me look at them and immediately told me, “They’re real”, and showed me the QR code on the side of the box. I bought the item and brought it out to my car and googled a contrast of real and fake labubu. It was obvious I had just purchased a counterfeit. I went back in an asked for my money back, because it I was sold an inauthentic product. The cashier then told me that there was no such thing, and that I should have known what I bought because a real one was hundreds of dollars. He then told me he would not refund me my money because all sales were final even though it was unopened. I pressed for him to call his boss and explain what happened, by this time there were people in line behind me. The cashier opted to refund me my money in cash, but was unapologetic. Even after he gave me my money back he still tried to convince me that I was wrong. In hindsight, I’m sure he was just trying to convince the audience that had formed. Buyer beware of this establishment.

Seller is selling fake Labubus for 27 dollars. Everything about the box looks like a Labubu but it is actually counterfeit. When I called them to tell them their goods are counterfeit the person on the line said ‘They wanna talk to you about your fake Labubus.’ Then I was transferred to another person who said she’d give a refund but then she put me on hold for awhile and another much older person answered to tell me that they never claim that they are actually Labubus, but ‘Little Monsters Dolls’ but when I looked at the barcode it says ‘Labubu’ on their merchandise sticker. I told them what they are doing is fraud no matter how they spin it. I’m very disappointed in this store and want to let others know about the fraud they are committing. They also did not give me a refund, even though the second person said she would give me one.

On July 20, 2025 I placed an order with Bubuverse for a Labubu plush toy, order number order #****. The company's website and marketing materials presented these products as genuine and authentic. Upon receiving the item, I discovered it was a counterfeit. I own a genuine Labubu plush that I purchased directly from Pop Mart, and the differences between the two products are significant. The item from Bubuverse is of inferior quality, the materials are cheap, the stitching is poor, and the facial features are distorted. It is clearly a fake. I have attached an image showing a side by side comparison of the product from Bubuverse and the genuine item from Pop Mart. The product from Bubuverse is on the left, and the genuine one is on the right. I contacted the company on September 3, 2025 to request a full refund and return instructions. I have not received a satisfactory response, and the company has not taken any action to resolve this issue. This company is knowingly engaging in deceptive business practices by selling fake, counterfeit products to customers who believe they are purchasing genuine merchandise. This is a clear case of false advertising and is a scam. I am seeking a full refund of $295.34 for this fraudulent purchase. Slick, well-designed website advertised authentic Pop Mart brand "Labubu" plushes at a great (below retail) price. Ordered a full set (single box with 6 blind boxes). Got suspicious within 48 hours and emailed to cancel order due to concerns over authenticity of products. Told it was too late to cancel shipment (response did not address authenticity concerns). Package(s) arrived about a month later in two separate packages of 3 blind boxes each. This screws up any return attempts, as it should have arrived in a single, sealed package with 6 blind boxes. Since any claim of counterfeit product was going to be difficult, I opened all 6 of the poorly packaged boxes (a single sheet of small bubble wrap for padding within a plastic mailer - all boxes were dented or damaged to some degree). The following issues were found: - None of the 6 boxes had the authentication code - Box pull tab defective - Toy arms not wired - Tags on toys inconsistent (some had QR codes, some didn't) - 5 had product ID cards, and only one of those appeared "real" - Body colors were seemingly correct for the series full set, but one toy had the "secret" face on the wrong body. That specific toy also had 2 left hands, and one was loose inside the sealed bag in the blind box. - Face paint quality varied from okay to shouldn't-have-passed-QA-standards.

The quality was shockingly poor; paint was smeared, colors were completely off, and every figure was obviously fake. I purchased 2 POP MART (brand) Labubu Dolls from the website: howowoh.com and learned that they are counterfeit. I paid for an order in June 2025 which was delivered in July and the placed another order (unwittingly) for another 2 dolls in August 2025. Since then I've learned that the tagging on the dolls shows that they are counterfeit - I sent the company an email requesting a refund and a cancellation on the 2nd order. The word "MONSTERS" is "MONSTERB" on the back of the same tag, "POP MART" is "POP MABT". Upon doing a little (sadly very little) research online regarding this company and discovered it is a well known fact they either do not actually send any merchandise or if they do it is counterfeit. I ordered a Labubu from Fonkayz.com on 7/6/25 - found on SHOP.com/SHOPIFY.com. Total cost was $51.54. I followed the shipping from China. The item was delivered to a residence in Illinois on 7/23. The US Postal Service stated that this was the company's address. I was sent an email that the item was delivered to me. I emailed their contact email numerous times that I did not receive the item - but received no response. The address on their website states they are located at 915 Congress Parkway N. #3000 in Athens, TN I did not receive the item and have received no responses from this company. I do not recommend this company - if it is even a real company.

I went to the Napa Premium Factory Outlet Stores Friday August 15, 2025. I went into a store Called Old Bejing( Red Dragon on the Sign). I purchased a Bing into Energy (Labubu)and Exciting Macaron (Labubu) each was $49.99. They are Fake. When I called the store their phone number was disconnected. The Property Managers gave me another phone number also disconnected. I called a store that is located Nextdoor to this store and was able to speak with the young girl who had help me earlier. Very rude and unwilling to give my money back. I called police and nothing they can do. My intention here is to warn other customers that they are selling FAKE Labubu's. NOT Authentic. Old Bejing employees are rude. Selling fakes and ripping innocent customers off is not ok. They know nobody will ever do anything to them. No recourse. So I would like to warn innocent people from buying from these Scam Artists.
