Bubuvibe advertised on Instagram as offering AUTHENTIC Labubu products - as their site still does today at bubuvibe.com. Upon receipt of the items I identified multiple reasons these were conterfeit and requested to return and receive a refund. The ONLY return address I was provided with was in CHINA. The cost to ship to China would have been more than DOUBLE the purchase price of the item. I have requested on multiple occasions a US address to return the items to. The customer contact (Claire) stated "You must send the return package to the exact address already provided, which corresponds to our designated fulfillment center for receiving returns." Attached is the email thread and pictures of the conterfeit product. At this point I am trying to WARN others and they should be banned from advertising and the site should be shuddered.
