I googled “Labubu” because my granddaughter wanted one for her birthday, and didn’t realize it had to be via popmart. Labubu Mundi was one of the first to come up, and they had a deal, buy one get one free. So I purchased two, and two outfits, for a total of $113.59, on August 26, 2025. I received an email stating they had received my order, and that the items would be shipping soon, and I’d get a confirmation email once that happened. They have never been shipped. I contacted them via their website, three times, and their eventual response (on 9/08/2025) was to apologize for the delay, that they had received an unexpectedly high influx of orders, that my order was due to ship out in 1-2 business days and I’d get a confirmation email. They replied a second and final time on 9/29/2025, again apologizing for their shipping schedule being “slightly delayed,” and that they were “undergoing a temporary restructuring of their logistics process, which has affected dispatch times.” But they assured me my order would be shipped “very soon.” Today I tried to reply to that email to again try to cancel my order and the email got returned as undeliverable.
