On October 15, I placed an order for two Labubu collectible figures from a website called Bubu Paradise, which advertised that all Labubu products were “100% authentic.” After placing the order, I received minimal communication. My attempts to check on shipping and delivery went unanswered, and the tracking information provided was unverifiable. On October 31, I received a small envelope in the mail from an individual listed as “Jerry (001) Yasfbara.” The items inside were damaged, dirty, and clearly counterfeit—not authentic products as advertised. The boxes were crushed and did not match the images or quality described on the seller’s website. Since receiving the items, I have attempted multiple times to contact the seller to invoke their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee, but they have not responded. The order and tracking links previously provided by email are now invalid. I have since learned that the sender’s name (“Jerry Yasfbara”) is associated with multiple consumer complaints involving fraudulent merchandise.
