I ordered a $120 Pop Mart LABUBU collectible for my daughter’s birthday through UniUni/TikTok Shop. The package has never been delivered, and UniUni’s tracking and customer service have been completely unreliable. • The tracking showed “Out for Delivery”, then “Failed Delivery Attempt – Severe Weather” (even though the weather was clear and no one came to deliver the package), and then “Out for Delivery” again on the same day. • I contacted UniUni, but they refused to provide any local warehouse contact and only said the package was in Louisville, with no way to pick it up. • Their customer support repeatedly gave generic instructions like “wait 24–48 hours” or “return to seller in China,” without providing any real solution. • Based on all evidence, the package was likely lost or stolen during transit. This situation caused significant stress and ruined my daughter’s birthday. I am requesting that BBB document this complaint and encourage UniUni to issue a full refund.
