I purchased 2 “authentic” labubu have a seat dolls from Pop Marc on Temu. The website stated that they are 100 % authentic. When they arrived, they were neatly packaged in what appeared to be an authentic box. Upon opening the box, the labubu was in a bag that clearly was not authentic. When I reached out to the seller, Marc Nuguid from pop marc on Temu, he said that they did look like fakes and I must have purchased them somewhere else. After providing him with the fed ex tracking information that he sent the package to me with, he then said to scan the QR code on the box, the QR code actually peeled off and had a different code under it. Even when I scanned the fake QR code it showed that it wasn’t authentic and when I reached back out to the seller he said that “ yeah that’s not my product “. I have created a ticket through Temu as of 9/17/25 and have shown all of the communication and photos to prove that the seller is selling fakes and Pop Marc nor Temu has helped to resolve this issue and refund my money.
