1 starHad my insurance with this company and although they finally replaced my phone after a 99$ deductible and sending me a damaged phone .They sent me to IFixit phone repair services local here in ***** and they did not have the faceplate to fix it,so I had to mail order it,all in all it ran me about 300$ to 400$ in cash and gas money to replace my phone.After all is said and done they factory reset my phone and erased my esim so I don't have my esim or a network phone to use.I will be canceling the services and requesting a refund due to all the trouble .

5 starsI had an issue with my phone screen. I contacted ************ + (via Servify) and was directed to a local ********** dealer. They took care of me right away and replaced my phone screen at no cost. I was very pleased.Servify (US), Inc.

5 starsWhat I really appreciate is that the plan doesnt just cover mechanical issues,it also includes accidental damage like drops and spills. Youll just have to be patient with the customer service its gonna take a while.Servify (US), Inc.
