    The process was simple and easy. I was sent a new phone in exchange for my old, damaged phone. Instructions were simple, and a return label was included for the old phone to be shipped back.

    I found the process of submitting the request for service and then having to take the device for service as easy as it can get. You just have to be a little patient with availability of parts and availability of appointments. Overall no hassle, took my device in and 2 hours later, it was fixed.

    They had a very easy step-by-step process, and gave me multiple options to go for when I had broken my phone. Shipping was fast, and there was plenty of communication of where I was in the process as well.

    Servify was able to resolve my issue once I was able to get an actual ***************** is virtually impossible to reach an actual human being. Once you do the disconnection between the technical support and billing support makes things even more difficult. It took more than 4 separate call and two weeks to resolve my issue is not acceptable.
