5 starsI found the process of submitting the request for service and then having to take the device for service as easy as it can get. You just have to be a little patient with availability of parts and availability of appointments. Overall no hassle, took my device in and 2 hours later, it was fixed.Servify (US), Inc.

2 starsServify was able to resolve my issue once I was able to get an actual ***************** is virtually impossible to reach an actual human being. Once you do the disconnection between the technical support and billing support makes things even more difficult. It took more than 4 separate call and two weeks to resolve my issue is not acceptable.Servify (US), Inc.
