    I purchased a new ******* Galaxy S23 Ultra and later received a replacement S24 Ultra under ******* iCare, administered by Servify. When the screen and battery failed, *******/Servify instructed me to take it to uBreakiFix, where technicians discovered the phone contained fraudulent, non-genuine ******* parts. They sent photos to *******/Servify over a week ago, yet I have been left waiting more than 10 days with no resolution.After inspection, the phone now will not power on at all, leaving me without a working device or access to my data. I already paid $30 to Servify for this claim, and now they are trying to charge me another $100 deductible for a problem caused by their own fraudulent replacement.I demand a brand-new, current ******* flagship phone, a refund of my $30 fee, and immediate resolution.

    The service was quick and I received my replacement phone which was an upgrade from the one I had. The only problem was that my phone was unlocked and this phone is not. I paid for unlocked; I want unlocked.I also would have liked more communication about what was going on. I only got two emails. One was replacement was shipped which did take a couple of days because of my phone; the other was that phone was delivered.

    They didn't have my device available, and offered me a newer model. Claim placed at 9pm, replacement item received next day. Entire process was efficient and hassle free.

    As a Rideshare and Delivery Driver, ny phone is the main asset for my work. My screen got broken and in a couple of minutes I could schedule the repairs and got my phone fixed in 2 hours. They also changed the back part, so it looks like brand new! I went back on the road immediately. They definitely saved my day...Thank you so much!
