I started really having problems when the packages were being left in my recycling bin. All the missing packages. I just had a delivery yesterday that was left in the mailbox. A sweatshirt. My mailbox locks with a key and has a tiny slit for about 3 envelopes. The best are when you buy from 3rd party sellers and you cant get a refund at all. Ive had so many broken pieces of furniturebeds, tables of all kinds. Ive had nothing but problems with them for about 2 years and its gotten so bad I cancelled my membership. Id rather shop on target or ******** Use instacart. This sweatshirt was one of the things my 6 year old son couldnt wait to get for Christmas. Thanks Amazon. Ohby the way. They dont have supervisors in customer service. Then they say ********************** delivery that day or the next. Nope. Still waiting on boots that said they were delivered on November 15th. All I can say is Ive had no problems with ******* or target or on instacart. Other sites are fine-or at least not as bad as Amazon.

Amazon has charged me twice on Multiple different items over the last 3 years. Charge once when i purchase the order and then i get charged again when it's shipped or close to shipping. Not every item, but they have robbed me of at very minimum a few hundred dollars. I have called them with this issue multiple times, and they always have a different excuse.

Amazon is dealing some shady business! They have established all these return/drop off points at various locations where you can do returns. I returned an item at a local *** store and I received my refund as soon as it was scanned in the store. 30 days later Amazon charge my account the amount back stating they havent received the item back. Why are they penalizing the customer and not the vendor who they put in charge of these returned. This has to be some type of fraud.

If I could put zero stars, I would. They've been nothing but rude, cannot keep up with shipping or delivery promises that prime members pay for, and will not fix their mistakes in a timely manner. Worse experience I've ever had dealing with customer service. Will tell you they cannot help you and expect you to be ok with the outcome of everything you ordered, well enough in advance, not being there on time. Apparently there is only one person answering customer complaints and will steadily tell their customers there is no one else to talk to. I'm not asking for a thing in return. Just that people understand who they're dealing with when paying for prime. I was told I had to pay twice for an order that was never received all because I asked for a replacement for the item that was never delivered. How is this fair?

Amazon has become a joke. They used to have good customer service, and it used to mean fast free shipping if you were a "prime" member.. now, as a prime member, I can order something, they will tell me that it's going to be delivered by a certain date, and then they change that date, bump it back and back, and not because the actual shipping takes that long, it's because they won't just ship it! My last 2 orders, I've had the item sitting in my orders list waiting to ship for over a week! ! Literally, nothing is delivered in less than a week! It used to be 2 days! Now it's 2 weeks! And then they send used and broken stuff that's supposed to be new, or the wrong color, or the wrong item all together, or the item is correct, but nothing like the description and totally cheap and worthless! And their reviews? Don't get me started, you can't leave an honest review, unless it's saying good things, if you want to complain about the seller or the product they tell you your review doesn't meet there criteria.... I receive these cheap, china c*** items that had 5 star reviews and I can't figure out what anyone thought was good about this item, but then, I received a card from a seller offering me free product for a 5 star review..... This is bribery, it's false advertising, and it's BS. We can't even order anything based on it's reviews anymore! And what's with there being 5 different seller's selling the same ***** c*** but advertising it differently? Amazon is not the company it used to be, and unless we want it to be the only option, it's time to stop giving them our money, ******************* local when you can and stop letting this mega business take over the buying world!!

Cancelled my Prime Membership in Dec. Noticed an Amazon reoccurring monthly charge on my credit card statement a year later. Did some digging under my Amazon account and discovered I was being billed a monthly Primary Membership fee. I contacted customer service and was told my membership renewed because I had not cancelled my auto enrollment at the same time I cancelled my subscription. I have cancelled other businesses memberships and have never had to cancel the auto enrollment. Although Amazon is refunding me all of my monthly fees I wonder how many other people are unaware of this seemingly deceptive practice.

They offer great items, but double charge and then my bank has to deny. The charge will show on my online banking and then I'll see where they charged same exact thing twice and get kicked. This matter needs looking into. They claim it's because it's get charged when they're shipped, but I'm being charged and then charged twice when they ship.

Purposely delaying refund of item that was delivered: I called in Thursday which I got a message saying my item was delivered in Thursday when it wasn't, told to call back ********** called in Sunday, told on Sunday to wait until after 7pm which I did by calling at 7:27pm, was told to wait & call Monday after 6pm. I'm going to call after 6pm & if they try to deny or delay my refund further I'm going to have my escalated to a higher up. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM AMAZON AGAIN & I WILL START USING **** FROM NOW ON.

Got credit card to use on a Christmas gift. I got the confirmation and 1 week later payment got kicked out cause I went over my limit not knowing that my other purchases went on it two. So I was like 200 over limit. So now I will not be receiving the 5% cash back cause I can't put on card because they didn't fully confirm even though that was my first purchase on that card. So I'm out $125 in rewards. And I could of got exact same thing from ******* for 100 cheaper. I also would of never opened the credit card knowing this.
