**************** is horse shit! Tried contacting them numerous of times about a package that didn't get delivered on a mass purchase I made. They claim it was delivered but oddly enough, there was no photographic proof, as any other time a package gets delivered, the driver snaps a picture for proof. They're refusing to refund me or send me another item. I will not be renewing my prime membership and I will never use this company again. Back to **** I go. ******************* should be ashamed of his customer device representatives who barley speak a lick of English.. So if anyone who wants to buy and waste $199 on an Curve Curio 42 Inch Retractable Ceiling Fan, Amazon is the place to but it

On June 18th I purchased 3 air purifiers from Amazon. I was to receive them a few days later at my new home. Because my home is a new construction, Amazon was not able to deliver the products. In my Orders section it says they are undeliverable. I spent approximately $412 on the three purifiers. At first I wanted them to just give me the money on a gift card because I thought the address situation would be cleared up soon. However, when Amazon was not able to send many products I needed for my home, I called **************** and asked if I could get it changed so the money goes back to my original form of payment. At first they told me they couldn't do it. I insisted that I get help as I couldn't get items from Amazon so why have a gift card? Several calls have been escalated. I have spent hours on the phone with different representatives. I have been told I can get my money refunded but still have not. A manager calls every now and again to let me know there is no update. I feel like I am being stalled and they are trying not to reimburse me my money. It has been a month and I don't have products or money! I need Amazon to reimburse me $412 on my original form of payment. I loved Amazon and so upset I am being treated like this. My next step I guess is to take them to Small Claims Court. I need my $412.

I ordered a generator from amazon so that i can do my side job which is carpentry. It was supposed to be delivered on July 13, 2023 and was not. When i called and spoke with ****** a manager she stated that she would make sure i got my generator along with a full refund by July 15, 2023. It is now July 16, 2023 and i have not received my generator so i called and spoke with ***** another manager and he refused to give me my money back along with my generator. He stated that he listened to the phone call between me and ****** and that she never agreed to that and only offered a $200 credit. I asked him to send me a copy of the phone call and he refused. So i told him i wanted the $200 credit along with my full refund and he refused and changed his story to a $100 credit and stated that he would not give me the $200 he supposedly *********************** say that he would not provide me the proof of because he knows hes in the wrong. I will now be put thousands of dollars in rental fees for a generator and missed deadlines because of Amazons poor customer service and shipping department. How do you seriously lose a generator? Its not a small item.

Someone hijacked my Amazon account by changing the email address and password so that I could no longer get access and I had to cancel my credit cards due to a fraudulent purchase. I have called Amazon's accounts and login departments for over a MONTH now and get the same old run-around: "the problem has to be forwarded to the fraud ******* "they will get back with you in 24 to 48 hours", "we will send you a form by email for legal verification", yadda, yadda, yadda. I never hear ANYTHING back even though I have called over 10 times!!! I never received the form, either, and STILL cannot access my account. They changed the email address back to the correct one for the sign-on, but my usual password won't work. I am beyond frustrated! I need my account restored because I have a Kindle attached to it with outstanding pre-orders on books that I have already purchased, as well as a couple of auto-ships that I need. I don't know what else to do but report them, though it's not as if they give a flying rip about their customers - even long-time customers like me. This company gets an "F" rating in my book for lousy customer service. Don't get me started about the issues I've had on several occasions where I didn't receive products and had to sic my credit company on them because their refunds and returns options don't include lost or stolen merchandise and they make it impossible to call a customer service line unless you are connected through your credit company. >:(

Prime membership is a scam. My packages never come within 2 days anymore, it's always late/delayed. I complained to customer service and they said they would give me a $10 credit. They actually ended up giving me a $6 credit. I don't want a credit, I want my orders to actually come on time.I hope the lawsuit for them failing to meet prime delivery standards moves forward. I want in on that lawsuit.

I pay a monthly subscription for Amazon prime shipping. While ordering the website/app will tell you it will be here within one to two days after they take your money all of a sudden the date changes. A difference in four days.!! When calling customer service they pretty much tell you sorry but theres nothing I can do! Not only do they take the money for a subscription. They also falsify information to take more money for you to buy things. For years they have been taking my money on false pretense, anybody else would be in jail!! we as customers need to stand together and sue *********************** For all of the money we paid to them on false pretences and was told theres nothing they can do. Yes there is something you can do. Do what you say or give us the money back.

I guess the *** is an Amazon crony. They wont let you file a complaint. Instead write a review Im sick of these companies s******* over hard working citizens who spend hard earned money and cant even get quality service from them Im sick of Amazon mass retail service. Every time I order a product from Amazon they delay the delivery or send it thru another carrier(USPS) and I never receive it Im sick of it and *** should do more than have people just write a review!!

Had a seller on Amazon's site that tried to get my email. Amazon I thought disallowed this, however after talking with customer service about the issue. ********************** did nothing about it. The same seller still contacted me looking for my email. It doesn't seem like Amazon cares about customer safety or enforcing their own rules when it comes to shady sellers on their platform.

On March of this year, I ordered an item costing alittle over $1400.00 from amazon through a 3rd party *** named Palarna. The item was damaged and I call amazon to let them know that I wanted a refund. The process took well over 2 month to get the refund approved. So I got my bank involved with getting the refund returned. I was then sent a return slip that they claimed would help with the return process asuring I wouln't be charged, for returning the item. All of this was asured to me through email. It was also said to contact amazon if I were to be charged for returning the item. A week before the return deadline, I took the item to a local carrier to ship the item with the Amazon's return slip attached to the box. However the carrier could not honor the return slip. As a result, I had to pay $486.86 to return an item that was damaged when I first received it. I've contacted Amazon numerous times and have spoken with many supervisors that all asured me that they would contact the seller, goto higher departments within amazon. But in order to start their lengthy investigations, I would have to send a picture of the reciept for returning the item. After going back and forth with Amazon for so many months of this matter, on 13 July 23 Amazon decided that they will not cover my expenses for returning a defected **** that I recieved in March of this year. The automation forces choices that you don't agree to when trying to contact customer service. And when you finally get through to someone, they make the process of getting to the root of my issue very tedious due to their lack of knowlege. I can and will show proof of picture, order numbers, email reciepts, anything needed upon request. Amazons quality and integrity has fallen so low that if I could take the one star that I left for my review, I would and give it to charity.Former prime member ******************
